Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Mitte der Straße, die Umgebung ist sehr heiß, aber keine Sorgen um die Umgebung des Hotels. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, der Verkehr in der Umgebung ist sehr bequem, sehr nahe der U-Bahn-Station, der Liu Yang-Musik und Zhangjiang Guangxian-Alte Wohnraum können zu Fuß gehen, sehr nahe. Die Einstellung des Hotelbedienten ist auch sehr freundlich und es ist notwendig, diese Reise nach Yuanyang in diesem Hantender zu verbringen ist eine sehr vernünftige Wahl.

This place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional. There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts. During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful. On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

It’s an airport hotel run by a family. They were helpful when we had our problem with our Alipay and needed to pay the driver by cash instead. It’s a basic hotel with a can do attitude

Das Zimmer war in guter Ordnung, und die Reinigungsfrau verdient besondere Erwähnungsie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, und tat ihr Job perfekt. Der Eincheckprozess war jedoch etwas verwirrend. Die Kommunikation wurde im Voraus über WeChat organisiert, aber die Antworten waren nicht sehr responsiv. Dieser Prozess scheint den lokalen Menschen besser angemessen zu sein, die einfach direkten Anrufen machen können, um Dinge zu sortieren, und es kann nicht die freundlichste Erfahrung aus dem Ausland sein. Insgesamt ist ein guter Aufenthalt dank der hervorragenden Lage und hervorragenden Reinigungsdienst, aber bereit für einige Kommunikationsprobleme bei der Ankunft.

The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

Es liegt direkt am Ausgang der Shenyang Financial Center Station. Es ist kein Geschäftsviertel oder Touristenattraktion in Shenyang, aber die U-Bahn ist gut ausgebaut, und die Lage direkt gegenüber der Station ist sehr praktisch. Es scheint ein umgebautes Bürogebäude zu einem Hotel zu sein, daher ist die Aussicht von den oberen Stockwerken gut und die Umgebung ruhig. Das Zimmer ist wirklich geräumig. Ich fragte mich, ob es überhaupt so geräumig sein kann, und habe es mir daher bequem gemacht. Es hat auch Spaß gemacht, verschiedene chinesische Filme im Fernsehen zu sehen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Xiaoying, die an der Rezeption des Hotels wohnt, ist sehr begeistert. Meine Eltern checkten spät abends im Hotel ein. Der Check-in verlief schnell und sie beantwortete Fragen sorgfältig. Der gutaussehende Mann an der Rezeption schickte die beiden älteren Menschen auch persönlich aufs Zimmer und half ihnen geduldig. Es ist wirklich warm. Ich werde das nächste Mal hier übernachten.

Das Zimmer und das Bett war perfekt sauber, hatte jede hochwertige Ausstattung, die wir je brauchen, war schön dekoriert und fühlte sich neu. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren auch perfekt arrangiert. Wir bewegten uns hier, um nahe Shenyang Bei Shan für einen frühen Zug zu sein. Wir wünschen uns nur, dass wir hier mehr Tage verbringen konnten! Meine Kinder waren so enttäuscht, dass wir nicht mehr Zeit in diesem fantastischen Hotel verbringen konnten :)

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
