The host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.

This hotel had great service for us. They even let me borrow an empty room to complete a remote interview! Very kind and helpful and helped us get a taxi when we were stranded at night, despite not speaking the same language. The bathroom could have done with a deep clear (hence the 3 stars) but otherwise the room was basic, nice and clean.

It’s very good experience staying 2 nights at here . Front desk staffs, manager , driver are very friendly. They provided pick up and drop off service. Zu Beginn des Jahres kam der Boss in Abul-Si, der Chef fuhr persönlich zum Rettungszentrum, sah meine Familie vier Seiten, hatte zwei Kinder, sehr enthusiastisch für die Gepäckerhebung. Zum Hotel kam er, um uns zu fürchten, dass wir überfüllt sind. Er hat uns kostenlos die teuerste, einfachste und einfachste Aktualisierung geholfen. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und sehr künstlerisch. Ein großes Bett, zwei Einzelbetten, eine vierte ist sehr zufrieden. Die beiden Töchter des Chefs und des Geschäfteigentümers waren auch sehr enthusiastisch. Sie haben uns mit dem Mietwagen in Skikleidung und Snow Skiplatz, Preispraxis, Spezialtransport, am nächsten Morgen haben wir eine Person mit Maragua und Abschreckungsangriffen geschickt, und Sie haben uns mit dem Paketwagen in die Eis- und Snow-Galerie und Snowtown geschickt. Ich werde in Abuli leben und Berge halten, ein-Station-Service, die gesamte Reise abschließen, das Herz zu sparen ❤️

From the moment I stepped out of the car and into the villa, I felt like I was home. The hosts are an old couple who somehow reminded me of my parents. Their care and hospitality is admirable, you could tell that they have experience in hosting people into their home and it’s now part of their nature. They are very helpful. Initially I booked one night online, but upon my arrival looking at the place how clean, beautiful, spacious and peaceful it was and coupled with the fact that my hosts were so welcoming. I then decided to book another night directly with the hotel. They even asked if I needed my room cleaned the following day, which I appreciate. The location is also very convenient for skiing it’s a 15 minutes drive to the Yabuli ski resort and the hotel arranged everything for me at a good discount. From the ski tickets, costumes and transportation, I did not have to stress about it. All I had to do was pay, show up and have fun in the snow! I really appreciate their hospitality and great service. I’ll definitely come back next winter but with a group of friends this time around! It’s a pity I couldn’t stay longer and explore the area. Skiing ticket including clothes and skiiing gear- 200 (online it costs 248rmb) but the hotel has an agreement with the ski resort. Transportation return- 60 rmb Total cost- 260rmb The hotel also provided a tasty North eastern breakfast only for 10rmb. The restaurants nearby are scarce and a tad bit expensive so having one meal checked off really helped. Thanks again for a pleasant stay! All the best in your business.

訂的四人火炕房，炕很大，房間有地暖，很暖和。房間設施比較簡單，沒有桌椅，洗手間沒有乾濕分離，衞生收拾得比較乾淨。 電熱水器燒水有些慢，建議南方的小夥伴分時段沖涼。 老闆娘很熱情，提前聯繫，安排好司機去亞布力西站接車，費用50。 去滑雪，客棧提供滑雪服，幫忙買好票，180元全包，去雪場來回免費接送，費用合理。 發現個細節，每天晚上老闆娘都會把當天客人用過的滑雪服洗乾淨，放在一樓烘乾👍 客棧還有兩衹很可愛的狗狗，非常温順，孩子們好喜歡，這幾天買了十幾根火腿腸投喂🐶，和小超市老爺爺都混熟了😂 亞布力這邊餐飲消費比哈爾濱高不少，不過出來旅遊，開心就好！ 亞布力滑雪場設備和滑道都很棒，玩得很盡興！

Sie haben helfen, die Ticketwagen und die Autos in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Das Gefühl der Erfahrung ist sehr gut. Das nächste Mal komme ich nach Abuli und wohne in ihrem Haus.

Das Hotel ist weit entfernt, nur ein Taxi benötigen. Als ich ankam, war ich sehr schockiert, weil es wie ein Haus war, nicht ein Hotel. Es gab eine Tante, die Englisch sprach, aber nicht Chinesisch sprach. Wir kommunizierten für eine lange Zeit und dann verstanden. Tante öffnete mir den oberen Raum, weil das erste Zimmer, das sie unter den Treppen öffnete, einen duftenden Geruch hatte. Wenn Sie bleiben wollen, empfehle ich Ihnen, früh morgens zu kommen, weil ich am Abend angekommen bin und bevor ich mit Tante kommunizieren konnte, war der Himmel dunkel und es war schwer, zu essen zu gehen. Frühstück ist chinesisch-stil-Porridge bei Tante's Haus vor. Tante ist nett. Wenn etwas fehlt, können Sie fragen, aber es wird schwierig zu kommunizieren. 非常熱情的民宿房東，整個住宿過程愉快且放心，下了車房東親自接待並一路帶我們走進房間，房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡！房東是一名專業的滑雪人士，看到牆上掛滿了獎牌，還擁有豐富的教學經驗，距離民宿四公里就是亞布力滑雪場，房東還帶我們去體驗了滑雪的快樂！真的是亞布力滿分民宿！值得推薦！下次還要再來這裏！ 設施：位置好找，服務周到，設施非常齊全，他們家的床很舒服枕頭也很軟，都是全新的！ 衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，整體感覺乾淨清爽。 環境：寬敞明亮，裝修很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，獨立衞浴，屋子裡也很寬敞。 服務：態度非常好，很熱情！主動幫忙拿行李箱，房東特別好溝通！
