The visual aesthetics of the room 423 was good, warm and clean. The bathroom and toilet was clean. Cons: I suspect there were some dust mites on the bedding. As I notices my Girlfriend's left arm and right leg had reactions the following morning.

Lovely hotel close to the town centre but still lovely and quiet. It seems someone had smoked in our room but when we went to complain the manager was so helpful and apologetic. Food in the pub downstairs was amazing and our server Pooja was ever so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come again :) thank you

So many problems. In order from when we arrived: I checked in on the kiosks as only one person was at reception and was busy dealing with a customer who had no reservation. Only on e of the 3 kiosks was working. The kiosk, it turns out, does not provide you with the wifi code you should get when checking in to a premier plus room. So I had to return to reception to get this. I was in the furthest room on the highest floor so that was fun exercise. Turns out reception knows the kiosk machines don't do this so why this is not fixed when the company is aware if a mystery. The fridge was broken. This was the main reason for paying extra for the plus room. The mattress was broken and had a spring sticking out that cut you when you sat on the edge of the bed. It had been like that a while as it had created a big hole in the side of the mattress. The room was too hot too sleep. it was 5 degrees outside but you can't open the window. You can't turn down the aircon (although it never reached the temperature set anyway) or get it to bring in outside as it is permanently set to recirculate as if I am some child who can't be trusted to know what settings I want. The anti-slip finish in the bath has worn away so it is dangerously slippery and make getting out a lethal activity. Reception was not manned when I tried to get help for the temperature and they do not answer the phone despite it ringing for several minutes. When you report the problems to them they get combative about not being told at the time, when you tell them they did not answer the phone when you called at after midnight they aggresively respond that I should have come down to reception (the same one that had no-one to answer the phone) despite it being the early hours of the morning. All in all an experience that shows that they should be avoided.

We had a good sleep . It was amazing my kids just lived the room . It was clean as we expected. Perfect for family. We will come back . It would be better if this package would include breakfast so the kids could enjoy my kids would enjoy as they eat little. But over all great .
