I enjoyed my stay at this property - the room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything I needed. I slept well and enjoyed the breakfast options - there was a very good range of items and it was tasty and filling. There were some initial issues with my room (I was given the wrong room type when I arrived) but this was eventually sorted out. Mistakes happen, but what's most important to me is that the staff take the necessary action to address them. The hotel has a homey feel that made me feel at home after a long journey. The cleaning staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The pool looked great - I wish I'd been able to try it out - maybe next time. I also really liked the quiet yet accessible location and the price point - I thought it was good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Ich habe seit Februar 2020 im Sleep Inn Suites in Stafford Texas Zimmer 129 geblieben und das Personal war ausgezeichnet. Eine Front-Desk-Personal stand mehr als jeder andere. Sie heißt Judy T. Sie war immer hilfreich und ging über und über ihre Pflichten hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Familie gut betreut wurde. Ich schätze ihr Professionalität und freundliche Einstellung während einer stressigen Covid 19 mal.

Needed to take car of business in Pearland. The Super 8 in Stafford Sugarland did the job. Check in was great (even though .... I .... had the wrong day!) Family was so nice during check in and check out. I earned 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points! I plan to visit again!

What can you expect from Beltway 8 and 69 area? Not much. Stayed at least 20 hotels/motels around there and still couldn’t tell the difference between an inn or a big name hotel. Is this Holiday Inn cleaner, easier access, or better than others? Not really. But, it got the job done. Close enough to where I need to be, got a good night sleep, had a great meal at a Chinese seafood place 10 min north of it, and good wings at other side of 69. It was just good enough for me to rebook again.
