Outstanding boutique hotel. Staying here was one of the true highlights of our trip. We stayed here as our base camp for hiking in Zion. It’s a little less than a 1 hour drive to Zion so an easy convenient drive. Hotel is immaculately cared for and has such a warm homey feeling, but the highlight is the on-site restaurant. It’s absolutely amazing. The dishes are shared portions and each selection was phenomenal. In addition, live music was being played in the bar area and everyone on staff that we interacted with made you feel welcomed and special. It’s also located within walking distance to the downtown area with shops, bars and other restaurants. St. George is a great little town and a good choice to stay if you are visiting Zion.

We stopped here for a night on our way back to Orange County from Zion. The hotel came on recommendation from a friend and we’re so glad we took it! From the moment we checked in, everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a city corner so it is Valet but they also gave you an option to park across the street for free if you rather. The hotel manager was so wonderful! She upgraded us to a room on the 4th floor that walked out onto the outdoor lounge space. That outdoor space has beautiful views, a hot tub, 2 cabana rooms with tvs and lots of seating and lounge seats. Beds were super comfy and the details of the room were so cute! Their mercantile downstairs had the basic essentials and also some fun extras like a make your own potpourri station. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked great! Spent less than 24 hours there but would highly recommend and would definitely go back if we find ourselves in Saint George again.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. They were celebrating National Hawaii Day when we arrived with complementary beverages and live music. The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and an exceptionally friendly staff. The on-site restaurant and bar are delicious. Cute little craft coffee shops and bakeries around the corner. Highly recommend!

What a great little spot on the corner. Pay attention to where you're going, signage is difficult to see at night. My room was so comfortable. The decor was extremely unique. We have never tasted better biscuits. Kudos to the biscuit chef. Great appetizers and a fantastic breakfast menu great friendly service Tuesday morning. The bartender Monday night was exceptional. Dark hair with a ponytail. He should be a concierge. He knew a little bit about everything . So knowledgeable and friendly we even asked him about Dixie and the D on the mountain. what wonderful story. For those that don't live in Utah, prices for the drinks should be printed in bold . . $27 .50 for an old fashioned ,as perfect as it was , was a shocker . Also ,be prepared for a very strong pine scent all around the hotel with extremely bright cool white lights everywhere .... as cute as they were, not welcoming . you don't want to sit in the lounge under bright white light. All lights should be changed out to soft white. :) what a wonderful thing to have complementary coffee in the morning . Late night ladies said maybe it would be there by 6:30 so I came down at 6:50 to pour myself a half a cup went back for half a cup more at 7:01 and it was gone. :) 530 to 7 o'clock are the hours . however , not posted anywhere. The jacuzzi on the fourth floor is wonderful. There is no pool. Ssand are two televisions not facing the spa in little alcoves that are very bright with light. It would be so nice if the television-faced the Spa.. This was a wonderful hotel. I was given this card to do a review and told that it was going just to the hotel. I decided to continue with it anyway. Do not hesitate to stay here. Everyone is friendly and most importantly therooms are clean, bathrooms big and the beds and pillows are comfortable.:) great robes also .. enjoy !! Bring sunglasses for the lobby ! lol

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its reviews, but my experience with the staff—particularly the manager, Amanda—was beyond unprofessional. From the moment I called to discuss my reservation, Amanda was rude and dismissive. I’ve never dealt with someone in hospitality who seemed to care so little about resolving issues or even providing basic customer service. Her attitude made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and frustrating. At a place that’s supposed to offer a welcoming environment, Amanda did the exact opposite. If this is how they treat their guests, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels that understand the importance of good service—this is clearly not one of them.

I booked this stay because it looked like one of the nicest hotels I could find in St. George, and I am so disappointed to report that my family and I experienced extremely poor service here at this hotel. They were almost an hour late checking us in. We had asked for an accessible room on three different occasions to accommodate my almost 100-year-old grandmother, who is wheelchair-bound, and after all of that, they still checked into a normal room. After calling down to the desk, they moved us into a different room that they said was accessible, but it was NOT. Since it was almost 5 p.m. at that point and we were only staying one night, we decided to just try to make it work. The room was uncomfortable for my grandmother, and she wound up not being able to use the shower due to her mobility issues being unaccommodated. There is no parking, and the valet costs $15 a night. This was not a huge deal, but I expect more from a hotel of this price range and in this location. I left a survey in the post-stay email I received from the Hotel explaining the issues, and the front desk manager reached out to apologize and see if there was anything they could do, to which I replied and have since heard nothing back. Extremely poor service, I will be choosing another hotel in St. George next time I visit as there are better options that are actually worth my time and money. This has also made me question the integrity of the entire Marriott brand.

Check in-,seamless, professional and helpful Rooms- nice layout, clean and roomy Staff- everyone was helpful and polite Pricing- on the higher end Restaurant- ate there twice. A little pricey but good unique food Amenities- no pool but a hot tub; a small convenience store; lemonade & water free in lobby Note- site is deceptive when it comes to parking. There are 5 spots available for the hotel. The site states “valet parking” $18/night. We parked the car ourselves and we were told we would have to pay $18 per night (even thought it was not valet and the parking spots are not marked such). Location- located in the heart of Downtown and the shopping district

We are Bonvoy members loyal to the Marriott brand. My brother travels regularly to St. George and suggested we try the Advenire. It was more expensive than the Springfield Suites or Fairfield Inn where we usually stay, but we enjoyed the unique furnishings. We ate at the restaurant and it was a highlight of the day - excellent food and service. We arrived back at the hotel late after attending the Tuachan and I placed my earrings on the upper deck of the hotel desk. We checked out the next morning and about two hours after we were on the road I realized I had left my earrings on the desk. Hoping to have them retrieved before a new guest checked in, I immediately called the front desk. I was told someone would look for them. No one called back. An hour or so later I called back and talked with a manager. She confirmed no one new had checked in the room but said they couldn’t find the earrings. I told her exactly where they were located and she said she’d have housekeeping check again and call me back. No one called back. I called again later that evening and was told the housekeeping manager would call me Monday (we checked out on Friday). No one called back. Unfortunately, they were the most expensive earrings I own. The only conclusion I can draw is that housekeeping recognized their value and stole my earrings as they were never found. No matter how great the hotel, honesty is critical, and we will not be returning to the Advenire.

This is second time to visit this hotel. This visit was so much better then the last visit under the last General Manager.The new General manager is running the hotel so much better. You might need to try it out and we love the restaurant plus the bar. So fun and great food. The roof top spa is so nice and relaxing.
