Luxury the Royal Savoy

It’s a good looking property but not well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful, however better maintenance is needed for the hotel to live up to the expectations of tourists. No lift is installed, so one needs to take the stairs to the rooms on 1st to 3rd floors. They plan to install it in the future with the right permissions in place. So, please do call and check if the lift is installed before your travel if you have difficulty climbing stairs. The bed linen wasn’t clean, was washed but had some permanent stains which didn’t give a hygienic feeling. I hope the property can improve in the future. It’s also away from the bustle of main tourist areas but right next to mughal gardens. Overall food was reasonable. Rice was a bit under-cooked at dinner but they were kind enough to offer khichdi separately to us even though it wasn’t in the buffet.

Very small room. Access to hotel was very tricky. It is really inside from any main road. If you have to reach hotel late night then you would be passing through dark deserted scary roads. Staff was really good. Very helpful.

Ac was not there, we only have a standing fan on four members. Staff was not sure about members booking and was also not confirmed about breakfast initially.

The hotel is new and all modern facilities are available. We hadn't a great stay and truly The comforts are upto mark. The staff is well cooperative. Shalimar garden is right near the hotel. They arranged nice decoration for my bedroom. Luxury Premium Attic is best of the room

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

Well whatever good the hotel has, has been eliminated by WORST passage lighting to Dining Area which is located at Basement . Absolutely dark , no light from lift to Dining hall !!! Food taste are nothing wow . The management has put all focus on reception lobby area which is really stunning. Rooms good. Staffs helpful and courteous.

Amazing detail to the guests' comfort in every way! This is a fantastic hotel with outstanding cleanliness, thoughtful service, warm staff and excellent food. It's also well located. We will definitely repeat royal Savoy on our next trip to Kashmir! Special mention of Shabir and Owais who were remarkably attentive!

Wonderful experience in royal savoy.. starting from the reception and front office polite friendly manager and staff. Very good food for dinner and breakfast. Suite room gives perfect view of the mountains very very beautiful hotel...thank you Royal Savoy.

When I reached srinagar I was searching hotel for our stay. I am thankful to Almighty I choose right one. I recommend everyone it's best place for stay at calm location behind shalimar garden. Then they arrange our full tour. I will give my 100/100
