Overall good hotel in budget of view, buff e breakfast variety limited but tasty and fresh, room neat and clean

The location of the hotel is good but the hotel lacks basic qualities. The breakfast spread is average and the room service needs training. Basic services like room cleaning needs to be requested multiple times and they don't know that they need to give basic toiletries if they are throwing away those that are already there. A little training is required for the staff. Also the room doors have poor sound insulation with the voice of other guests disturbing both at late in the night and early morning. Needs improvement.

The place was good, but needs proper maintenance. Breakfast was good too. The local market is near so the location is good.

Pride inn is located in one of the best neighbourhood in srinagar. There are lots of shops and eateries nearby at a walkable distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Food is one of the strongest reasons to stay at pride inn whether you choose to have breakfast or dinner at the hotel you will not be disappointed. Importantly, the staff at the hotel is very responsive to customer needs. Ms ifra who is the manager works with a high sense of agency and is very professional and organized with her communication. Interestingly, all the major sightseeing points in srinagar are easily accessible from the hotel’s location. I would strongly recommend this hotel to the visitors!

Location is fine but the hotel lacks hospitality, key card for our room was unavailable for 24 hrs as the previous guest took it with him and the hotel staff were quite cool about it. The lift was showing problem from the day we checked in and stopped working the next day, our rooms were on the 4th floor. They didn’t show any urgency to fix the lift as the technician was coming from phahalgam, again the front desk at the hotel were not bothered to get it fixed from a different technician in emergency. Bidet/jet spray in 2 out of the 3 rooms we booked were malfunctioning and not attended in right time. Hot water was available though

Although there is map plan. But we had to request portable water bottle on each staying day though actually we booked 5 days in stretch. There is no toothbrush kit and shaving kit. The room inside light is very very poor lux. Otherwise food quality and behaviour of staff is very good. And we can say is the usp of the hotel
