*2/5 Stars* My recent stay at The Sarai was average, and unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. While the hotel's amenities were decent, the unprofessional behavior of the staff was quite noticeable. Their attitude and lack of courtesy made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, I found it surprising that water was chargeable after the initial two bottles. Given the rates charged for the room, I would have expected complimentary water throughout my stay. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, the staff's behavior and the water policy left a lot to be desired. With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could certainly enhance its overall guest experience.

Never rate 5 as nowhere is perfect. The area is a bit restricted for Europeans but overall the hotel & grounds are very nice. The housekeeping is up to standard & the team of Mr. Safad very helpful. The restaurant staff are also very helpful especially Ishraq. All the hotel staff are very polite, friendly & respectful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sarai. The room had a beautiful view and was nice and clean, and they provided an extra bed for us. We had many options for food at the buffet. The staff, including mr. Faizan, mr. Shaid and mr. Lateef were friendly and cordial.

The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful sleep, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was clean and refreshing, the gym was well-maintained, and the spa offered a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location was also perfect—conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay here exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and great amenities made it a truly memorable experience.
