Clean, Comfortable and Quiet! This was a random and very pleasant find as I passed through Springfield. Don't let the outside fool you-- this is one of the best hotel/motels I've ever stayed in because of these 3 things I listed above. Room was updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Super friendly staff. Cool outside area with the cars. This place has all positive attributes in my book.

Nie in einem Extended Stay zuvor, aber brauchte einen teuren Küchenzeile für ein Geschäft in Springfield und wird nie wieder in einem bleiben. Erste Eindruck: Eintritt und Parkplatz schleiften W/ Müll und Zigarettenbutten, Menschen laufen ihre Hunde in Parkplatz, andere sitzen in Lot Rauchen. Normalerweise hätte’gedreht und links, aber hatte bereits gebucht und es war spät. Front Desk Person war ein wenig zu inquirierende, und schnell bemerkte, dass es keine Dienstleistungen verfügbar ‘aufgrund von Covid. ’ Aufzug war halb groß und nahm einiges zu tun, um alles bis ins Zimmer zu bringen, was dünn und alt war, und konnte nicht helfen, aber fühlte sich nicht der sauberste oder aktuellste Ort, den ich je gesehen habe. Hatte nicht diesen „rein“ Geruch. Sitze auf der Ecke des Bettes und es schlug fast über. Neues Erlebnis für mich was war es, ein Stück Plywood auf einer Box? Obwohl es heraus und durch die Nacht. Ich hatte nur gehofft, es gibt keine Fehler .... „Alt und überbewohnt“ könnte es beschreiben. Zweiter Eindruck. Er wachte sich morgens und nahm eine Dusche. Willkommen nach Tagen auf der Straße, aber merkte einen seltsamen Geruch. Sardinen? Anchovies? Öffnete meine Tür und der ganze Boden riecht wie ein geluftiger Fischmarkt. Nur einfach grob. Keine Sorge, dass die Leute in ihren Zimmern kochen, aber was ist mit einem kleinen gemeinsamen Höflichkeit und Respekt für andere? Der Ort hat mich krank gemacht und mich krank gemacht. Jetzt kümmern Sie sich um die Vermutung, wer sich abmeldet und wer nie wieder in einem anderen Extended Stay bleiben wird? Vollkommen grobe und kranke Erfahrung und völlig unentschuldbar.

My room was a little bit unpleasant smell however the staff Kevin is very nice and considerate . He is very friendly and we like his attitude and patient. I appreciate Nadia’s service, the room is clean and comfortable.The food is excellent and drinks are great as well.Overall great stay.

Room 409 faces away from the busy road, which was nice. Lots of security cameras around outside, which made us feel good. The bed was good, the sink is right in the entrance, with a faucet that's way too small for the sink, which was not in very good shape. The bathroom (shower and toilet) had a very loud combined light and fan (not suitable for night light). The A/C was good and quiet. I had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer. Normal breakfast with lousy plastic flatware and the cheapest jellies (grape and mixed). Ice and vending machines are on floors 2 and 3

My sister, mom and I were very impressed with both the facility and service at Fairfield Inn in Springfield! We were staying there to be close to my dad who was in the hospital at the time. The front desk staff were very kind and accomodating as we continued to extend our stay. The room was very spacious, modern and, most importantly, CLEAN! The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was light but warm. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Arbor Suites went above and beyond for my family during our stay. I cannot thank them enough. The suites were spacious and fit our families needs well. The kitchen was very useful. Anytime we needed anything, they were super helpful. We will book again with them!
