Quiet stay. Rooms where okay somewhere clean.

The staff was amazing—friendly and attentive throughout the stay. My room was maintained to perfection, with a pleasant scent that greeted me. The lobby was welcoming, and the bed was beyond comfortable. I especially enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Budget stay. The premises is evidently looking the way it is supposed to after the years of ageing. However, service is top notch along with staff members that are friendly and helpful all the way during the stay. Looking for an affordable place to rest for the night, then this is it.

Was taken back the online reviews but my experience was nothing sort of mentioned here. On the contrary, the lobby was clean. The guest room was also clean and smelled fresh. The staff’s appearance and professionalism were impressive. Average stay with affordable rate.

This was the perfect budget stay that we had after a long day of driving around the day for the sales meeting. No hangers. No blanket just thin, rigid bed scarf. Misc photos of issues. Bathroom mold. Bathroom door broken. Told me no Wi-Fi but they did have Wi-Fi; Said it was just in lobby; Would not give me password; However my cellphones picked it up any way. Bait and switch: Bought ticket on Spirit Airlines; at checkout their site indicated 35% savings; brought me to ***********. Room said amenity was non-smoking, then the charged me more for a smoking room I did not want. Spent 30 minutes on phone with *********** which made me re-enter my code five times. : ( Not a good experience. Not a good hotel.

This motel is the worst I’ve ever seen in my 56 years. The staff are Indians who don’t fluently speak English, or maybe they do. They can’t understand what your saying most of the time. I entered the room and tried to turn AC on but nothing. I went back to manager , who had to come in with me to flip a light switch on the wall to get it working. All the receptacles were loose and plugs kept falling out. I’m sure this isn’t up to fire code. The bathroom had two light switches hooked to the same light and fan. The lights in the room were to dim and wattage was not sufficient,even with two table lamps and a ceiling light. The carpets had large stains on them. The tv had no access to cable or internet. The Bathroom trim etc was dirty . Toilet was dirty. The beds were terribly soft and lumpy . The window curtains didn’t close all the way , so anyone who walked could see right in. My assignment was cut short so thankfully I didn’t have to stay 4 more nights that I booked. While checking checking I asked if they could do a refund for the other four days I booked. The kid said he would text his manager and get back to me. He never did. I called the next day to ask and he stated they don’t give refunds. This motel should be leveled to the ground , sold and rebuilt by someone who cares ! Do these Indians even know what the meaning of the word CLEAN is ?

The rooms give such a warm comfortable feeling of being at home yet with the best amenities. The Staff are the nicest individuals who treat their guests as friends and family. Worth the visit. And definitely worth coming back.
