So, don’t risk it. - Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not. - Unapproved late checkouts incur a $100/hr fee in 1-hour increments (max 2 hours), with an additional $500 fee for further delay. - Smoking/smell of smoke inside the unit results in a $350 OZONE CLEANING FEE, not limited to the security deposit. - A $40 charge + shipping cost for mailing forgotten items. - Noise/neighbor complaints: FIRST complaint after quiet hours is a $250 fine. Additional complaints lead to immediate termination of the stay with no refund, and the whole security deposit is forfeited. - Reservation changes are subject to approval.. - No fires are allowed in/on the property. If there is a fire, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. - Guests must clean up all yard garbage every night.
