Wir hatten einen komplizierten Aufenthalt. Es war nur für eine Nacht, aber ich wollte ein nebenzimmer zu einer Suite. Ich nahm dort 3 Jugendliche, damit sie zum 6-Flags für einen Geburtstagsgeschenk gehen konnten. Ich kann nicht genug über den Kundenservice sagen, den wir erhalten haben! Die Empfangsmitglieder arbeiteten eng mit mir zusammen, um diese Situation zu schaffen. Es gab zahlreiche Telefongespräche und es funktionierte großartig! Wir hatten eine Rechnungsfrage, die von Herrn Franco mit persönlicher Sorgfalt behandelt wurde. Und setzten mich mit wenig Anstrengung direkt. LaQuinta ist erstaunlich, alte Orte zu nehmen und sie in erschwingliche Hotels zu aktualisieren. Das war keine Ausnahme. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab einige überholte Merkmale - wie die Badezimmer, aber sie waren sauber und funktional. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Das Frühstück war besser als erwartet und wurde kontinuierlich von der Mitarbeiter gelagert. Der Poolbereich war sauber und eine gute Zeit für die Jungen. Wenn ich zurück in den Bereich hatte, würde ich ohne Zweifel wieder dort bleiben.

Wir blieben hier 2 Nächte während in der Stadt für einen Gymnastikwettbewerb für unsere Kinder. Es kam ein Schneestorm und wir wollten uns nicht um das Fahren Sorgen machen. Die Lobby ist sehr einladend, sauber und schön dekoriert. Eincheckung war reibungslos. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Die Wände schienen gut isoliert, weil wir überhaupt nicht unsere Nachbarn hören konnten. Der Pool/Hot-Tube-Bereich, während ziemlich klein, war immer noch schön und lustig. Es wurde schnell überfüllt unser zweiter Tag, so dass es ein bisschen (kovid) unbehaglich. Die Lobby-/Frühstücksfläche war schön, das Essen war gut und der Kaffee sehr gut! Das war ein wirklich schönes Merkmal angesichts des Schneestormes, dass wir nicht für ein schönes Frühstück aussehen mussten. Sowohl kontinental als auch bestellt. Unser Server am zweiten Tag war großartig. Wir waren am Vortag falsch belastet worden, und obwohl wir ihn nur zufällig erwähnten, sprach er mit dem Manager und kreditierte uns ohne zu fragen. Der einzige negative Feedback war, dass der Pool aus den Handtüchern lief, weil das Hotel sehr beschäftigt war. Es gab mehrere Veranstaltungen im Bereich, so dass das Personal sehr beschäftigt war. Außerdem gab es keine USB-Porten im Raum für Ladegeräte, nur regelmäßige Plugs. auch nicht die aktuellsten Smart-TV. Als ich das fragete, sagte einer der Mitarbeiter, dass Hilton alle 20 Jahre renoviert und sie waren gerade auf dem Schrank, so dass sie für einige Verbesserungen schuldig sind. Eine andere Sache, da sie nicht kürzlich renoviert wurde, war die pro Nacht-Gebühr für den Aufenthalt in Springfield teuer. Ich denke, dies war auf die große Zahl der Veranstaltungen in der Gegend zurückzuführen, aber es war meiner Meinung nach überpreist. Insgesamt, obwohl wir sehr glücklich waren.

Wir brauchten ein Haustierfreundliches Hotel für eine Nacht. Es war für meine Großmutter, Mann, unser kleiner Hund und mich. Dieses Hotel sah wirklich nett aus den Bildern, hatte keine Bettwäsche-Berichte und die ersten Bewertungen, die ich lese, waren gut. Ihre Website hatte einen guten Preis für Mitglieder, aber ich fand einen besseren auf Priceline. Ich rief das Hotel, um zu sehen, welchen Preis sie mir geben würden. Deren zitierte Preis war mehr als ihre Website und sie würden Priceline nicht würdigen, obwohl ihre Website ein garantiertes niedrigstes/preises Spiel hatte. Der Büro-Gewerkschaftsdienst sagte, dass es nicht wahr und er konnte diese Informationen nicht auf ihrer Website finden. Ich rief die Hauptbuchungslinie für die Hotelkette. Ich wurde ein höherer Preis als auf ihrer eigenen Website zitiert. Ich sagte ihr, was der Websitepreis war, so dass sie es geehrt hat. Wir wollten ein zwei Queens Bettzimmer, das kürzlich renoviert wurde. Das Hotel ist runtergelaufen, aber sauber. Das ganze erste Stock ist eine Art Govt halbwegs Haus für Parröse oder Obdachlose. Unser Zimmer wurde vor kurzem nicht aktualisiert. Die Bettwäsche und Badezimmerwäsche waren gut. Das Badezimmer war sauber und eine große Dusche. Das Büro und der Tisch waren alle aufgetaucht. Die Innenseite der Mikrowelle hatte auf dem Inneren eine Peelmalerie. Wenn das nicht ein nicht rückzahlbares Zimmer wäre, hätten wir verlassen. Ich denke, es sollte obligatorisch sein, dass das Hotel Leuten sagen lässt, dass es ein halbes Haus im Hotel ist. Nur mein Mann verließ das Zimmer, um unser Haustier draußen zu nehmen. Er war es nicht bequem zu tun. Dieses Hotel ist nicht, was es angekündigt wird.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel (und ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben), aber Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Zunächst war der Preis günstig bei nur über $100 pro Nacht mit einem kontinentalen Frühstück, kostenfreies Parken und saubere und komfortable Unterkünfte. Unser Zimmer war gut, grundsätzlich, und sauber und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war auch grundsätzlich, aber sauber. Der Pool war auch sauber, aber klein; drei Familien, darunter unsere, nutzten ihn gleichzeitig, aber das ist wahrscheinlich das größte, was ihn jederzeit nutzen könnte. Das Frühstück war gut, mit vielen Optionen, aber es war Café-Qualität, was genau das, was ich hoffe, wenn der Preis gegeben. Zusammenfassend, es ist ein gutes Hotel. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht im BW Springfield West, als wir unseren Weg von Cleveland, Ohio nach Saco, Maine und das Hotel insgesamt war gut. Es war nicht hervorragend, aber es war nicht erschreckend. Es waren 7 von uns und wir hatten drei Zimmer. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass der Pool geschlossen wurde, wie es unser Abendplan war, um im Außenpool zu entspannen. Unsere Zimmer waren ok ...Vielleicht ein wenig veraltet, und die beiden Doppelbetten waren wirklich hart bei der Unterkunft 4 Personen. Ich wünschte, Hotels hätten nur Königinnen, statt Doppel. Alycia bei der Eincheckung war absolut fantastisch. Sie war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten nicht in den Wagen zurück zum Abendessen und es gibt nichts in der Nähe von Fußgänger, so gab sie uns ein paar Empfehlungen, wo wir in ... bestellen können, und dann sehr nett eröffnete das Frühstückszimmer für uns, um unser Abendessen zu essen. Das Frühstück war anständig - wir alle mochten die Pancake-Maschine wirklich! Dies ist nicht irgendwo, wo ich mehr als eine Nacht oder zwei wohnen möchte, aber es war perfekt für unseren schnellen Übernachtungsaufenthalt! Und Alycia machte es noch angenehmer.
