"The floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning. Refrigerator didn’t work moved to a new room the air conditioner leaked water on the floor and that room as well. Management only wanted to give me 10% off the original price I like that value me as a customer and they made a lot of excuses, for the reason why the hotel was having issues they say all the builders been here for 10 years so that’s why we have all these issues to me personally I feel like management because no matter how long you had an establishment you should have the proper people in place in order for your establishment to unsuccessfully"

"We stayed here for almost a month and really liked the location and the fact that they provide shuttle service to get around. The rooms were big, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a kitchen, so we could cook and enjoy our meals. We did! However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Increase accountability among staff and guests when using amenities. For instance, we arrived from the airport with a lot of luggage, and there were no luggage carts available; all three were missing. One was even lying on the third floor, unused. Since our room was on the third floor, I noticed this. 2. Guests who stay longer prefer their linens to be changed regularly for hygiene reasons. The staff should have a schedule for changing linens without needing a reminder from guests. 3. From a hygiene perspective, the room service staff cleans the kitchen, then the washroom, and finally fixes the bed. The issue is that they don’t wash their hands after cleaning the washroom and then fix the bed with the same unclean hands, even while wearing gloves. Perhaps they could spend a few seconds cleaning their hands. 4. Lastly, as a suggestion, they could add small Nutella packets along with peanut butter and jams. Some people might prefer Nutella over jams or peanut butter. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay."

Großer Ort, ein paar Nächte zu verbringen! Schönes Pool-Gebiet, abgedecktes Grill-Gebiet und Picknick-Tische, die über die gemeinsamen Schattengebiete verstreut sind"
