It used to be an Italian villa. Should I say more? Wind your way through the extremely tight streets to park your car outside the wall. Walk through the archway and you step into the courtyard which is absolutely gorgeous, with perfectly trimmed hedges, and a view of the castle and beautiful church in the distance. The lady at the front desk is perfectly nice. Showed us to our room which is quaint, spacious enough, and smelled very nice. Old world Italian feel. Nice Wi-Fi, nice shower. Breakfast in the morning was nice and if weather permits you can have it in the courtyard. 5 minute walk to Ponte delle Torri. 3 minute walk to Piazza Campello and the Spoleto link with the people movers and elevators that easily take you up and down the city. This is a beautiful and beautifully maintained inn with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room, lobby (more like a living room really) and patio/garden look out on Monteluco, where the Sacred Wood of St Francis and an ancient but still operating monetary are located. Worth the hike! The palazzo is in easy walking distance of shopping and dining in Spoleto. Spoleto itself is charming and well situated for day trips and excursions. Note that you may have to wheel your luggage up and back because most cars are not allowed in this upper part of town. The bed in my room was super comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Not a modern super bath but it had all the essentials. I would return in a heartbeat.

Palazzo Leti is the epitome of good service, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, peaceful surroundings and easy access to the old town. What more could we ask for. Honestly, it was divine. We would return there in a heartbeat.

This was a very nice place right in town. Everything was so close. The staff was great. Rooms are nice. Had breakfast on the terrace with great view. Parking is challenging, but they were very helpful. We parked and walked the town for 3 days. Loved the location.

What an enchanting and romantic place to stay in Spoleto! Compliments to Anna for making our anniversary stay extra special. The breakfast is excellent…the location can’t be beat…and the property is lovingly cared for. We have stayed here several times…and can’t wait to return!

Had the pleasure to stay in the north wing of this beautiful Plazzo for 4 nights. Great central location within easy walking distance of major sites and restaurants in Spoleto. Wonderful and helpful staff. Beautiful garden to sit and watch the sun set in the evening

Getting to the hotel through the Spoleto street system is a nightmare. If you go down the wrong street you have no way to turn around and may be forced to back up the car for quite a distance. Once you find the hotel, the parking is very limited. The hotel looks good in the online pictures but in reality the furniture in the lobby is quite old and is not really very appealing. We reserved a two twin bed room. Once we saw the room which was dark, dingy and hadn’t been updated since the 1950’s, we elected to pay a one night penalty (which was insisted upon by the owner) and go stay at another nearby hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.

Davvero un posto meraviglioso, Non avevo mai visitato Spoleto e ammetto che è davvero un posto bellissimo, e nel trovare un posto dove dormire siamo venuti a conoscenza di palazzo leti. ( incantevole ) c’è un giardino all ingresso magnifico, le camere molto pulite e curate, merita veramente tanto. Insomma se vi trovate a Spoleto soggiornate qui. ( personale gentilissimo)

Posto fantastico,silenzio,pulizia,personale gentilissimo. Giardino e verde curato. Vista su rocca albornoziana impagabile e su colline circostanti. Palazzo antico in pieno centro . Parking convenzionato a 5 euro per giorno. Consigliatissimo
