Very clean and good breakfast

The front desk staff was very pleasant. The room was very clean comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast options. The hotel is very close to downtown so you have many options for eating and entertainment.

Clean and comfortable room for one night driving thru. Simple breakfast offerings and front desk man, Keith, is such a nice fella! Downtown location is perfect for shopping at the mall and if Steam Plant J's open, love it! Would stay here again! Thanks so much!

This is potentially a very good hotel, with some issues. The hotel is located near the hospitals. My room was small and clean, but it mostly worked. The AC worked but was very noisy. It took forever for my shower to get warm. My room WIFI was almost non-existent. I asked the desk and they said come down and they would check out the problem. At the desk there was a strong signal. The desk person said that the IT person was no longer at the hotel and my room WIFI could not be improved. At their prices, WIFI should be available, PERIOD. They also have a little price gouge. I had a reservation with a rate. The hotel then adds a "mandatory" parking fee of $2.00. This is a good, but pricey hotel, and this sort of nonsense is unacceptable.

This was an awful experience. Our room was reserved for 3pm (check in time). We arrived at 4:30 and were told our room wasn’t ready yet but would be ready in “30 minutes.” When I inquired why it wasn’t ready- the desk clerk said they had a “full hotel last night.” We then proceeded to wait and were told we would be called when ready. I got a call at 6:08pm, over 3 hours past check in that the room was ready. This is not acceptable & no apology from staff. Do not stay here.

My recent stay at this Hotel was made better by the staff who took the reservation, making sure that they could accommodate two needs (late check-out; room near the front). The room was very clean, well stocked w/ lots of towels; with a very comfortable bed, and lots of quiet. The breakfast was varied, well prepared, and fresh. In particular, staff member Keith was very helpful to those of us at the front desk with questions—-he was patient and very pleasant. And the rate was very reasonable.
