EXCEPTIONAL!! I’m extremely particular and this apartment was wonderful! View and location can not be beat! Clean! Comfortable and well stocked. Spacious and bright. Breakfast vouchers were an unexpected treat. Breakfast every morning on the promenade with delicious food and great service as part of the rental. Roko was wonderful… helpful, prompt, and attentive to any need in addition to being a nice person. If going to Split rent here. You’ll be delighted.

This was our third holiday staying at Riva Luxury suites. We held very special and happy memories of our previous visits. One always wonders if the next visit will live up to those memories and expectations. I am happy to say that they were not only met but exceeded. We were warmly greeted by Roko who had organised and arranged everything perfectly for us. The suite was immaculate and just as we remembered it. So bright with all three windows having wonderful sea views. The room had a large comfortable bed and everything one could wish for. Wi fi was excellent as was the air conditioning. The location could not be better with unobstructed interesting sea views of all the shipping and boats. Less than a two minute walk takes you into the fascinating centre of the old historic town. Vouchers are given to exchange for a splendid breakfast at a choice of two restaurants. I have kept the two best things until the end. The first is the stunning fully furnished sun terrace. This is accessed by a stairway built into the suite. It has an awning that can be drawn for shade, cosy night lighting and an even more spectacular view. The other is Roko himself. One could not wish for a more welcoming, pleasant helpful and reliable gentleman. He speaks excellent English and never did we once feel that anything was too much trouble. All this with a great sense of humour. Thank you Roko for not only looking after us but for making many more happy memories. Wishing you well and hoping the future brings all you hope for. ..... A private apartment overlooking the RIVA, located inside the palace. Beautiful, well appointed, modern, and convenient. It is 3 flights up from the street, but spectacular balcony views overlooking the Riva.

Where do I start! Every aspect of the place and the service made our stay absolutely wonderful. Roko, the property manager answered any texts within minutes. He was beyond helpful. They thought of everything to make our sty perfect. I do have to mention the views which were amazing.

Roko was amazing. He helped us with our luggages, gave great advice on Split and helped arrange our airport transfer at short notice. Excellent service with a smile, thank you Roko. The suite's location is unbeatable. Double windows kept the noise out. Suite was cleaned daily. Downsides: do note you need to walk up/down flights of stairs. The bed was too soft (my personal preference for firm mattress).

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the perfect area in Split. The room itself is lovely and the host has provided amenities to make the stay very comfortable. Right outside the door is the harbor with a beautiful promenade, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again next time we are in Split.

Beautiful and spacious home with amazing views of the port. Very convenient and close to all the restaurants and old city center. Great host would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights once you know where the apartment is its a great location, Roko your host will help you find the apartment . Its well appointed very comfortable, cenral to the old town. The view is fantastic Roko is a fantastic host and there isnt anything to much to ask him. He is very helpful
