"An outstanding hotel, less than ten minutes walk from the harbour. This hotel offers a five star accommodation, with excellent service, high end spacious rooms with beautiful balconies overlooking a garden oasis. The smell of flowers and in particular jasmine follows you everywhere. The view of the sea from the terrace where we took breakfast is breathtaking. The staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. We have been there before and we are looking forward to our next visit in September."

"It seems that we always visit the two Greek islands of Hydra and Spetses (with others added throughout the trip to Greece). Thanks to all, particularly Thanasis, Marianna, Stefania, we again had a terrific stay. The hotel is not far from the port, quite a few restaurants & cafes are close by and the included breakfasts are great. This time we had a room with two balconies which was good - and as always, the rooms are quite soundproof."

George…a kind and thoughtful host….the Spetses whisperer who knows everything and everyone. Every request met with ‘of course’, every question answered with great consideration. Lilya…thanks for your attentiveness to our room and insistence that everything was just right. Karl…Yayaki is a stunning place and the perfect spot to call home for a week."

"Was für ein erstaunliches Hotel. Zunächst einmal war der Service awesome, freundlich, willkommen und großzügig. Sie können die Liebe für ihre Familiengeschäfte den ganzen Aufenthalt fühlen. Zimmer sind super sauber, frisch und mit schönem Blick. Nice Pool und Sonnenbetten. Es gibt einen pick-up-Service zum und vom Hafen, auch wenn Sie sich entscheiden, einen Spaziergang zum Hafen zu haben, bieten sie an, das Gepäck später zu entladen, so dass Sie sie nicht tragen müssen. Zum oberen Ende dieses Ortes, Frühstück war weitgehend das beste auf unserer Reise in Griechenland. Personal bakte ihre eigenen Gewürze und Cookies und hervorragende Filterkaffee!! Hohe Empfehlung für diesen Ort, Sie wirklich wert Ihr Geld, wir würden jeden Tag zurückgehen."

Not modern but authentic Greek set around a courtyard and gardens with the inviting pool at its centre. Clean comfortable rooms, a good continental breakfast selection and very friendly staff who do their upmost to make sure you have a relaxing holiday. (Happy wife happy life.)"

"Das Armata Boutique Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Ein kleines stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr charmantem Personal. Wir kamen nach Flug- und Fährverspätungen erst nach 23:00 Uhr auf Spetses an und wurden trotzdem noch abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir herzlichst an der Rezeption empfangen. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die sauberen Zimmer verfügen über bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage+Ventilator und einem kleinem Balkon. Minibar ist gut gefüllt und nicht überteuert. Das kleine Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was das Herz morgens begehrt. Täglich wurden andere Backwaren bereit gestellt. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und trotzdem sehr nahe bei Restaurants und kleiner Einkaufsstrasse. Für uns war es auch Dank diesem Hotel Erholung pur."

"Sehr teuer für das, was es ist. Das Gebäude ist alt, sehr alt mit Holztüren und Fenstern. Die Qualität des Services sehr niedrig und insgesamt fühlte ich es nicht wert. Es wird nicht von Profis betrieben. AVOID zu allen Kosten. Ich würde es überhaupt nicht empfehlen."

"We were picked up from the ferry and driven to the hotel that wasn’t far. Greeted by Christopher and shown to our lovely studio apartment. Very large room with a fireplace and a large sofa. Great size kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer. Would be nice to have ice cube tray. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great balcony. Best breakfast! Fantastic bread and huge selection of fruits, great coffee and chat with Demetrius. Loved the beautiful pool snd many sun beds, it was very quiet and always plenty of space. Some lovely places to eat and drink nearby."

"Das Hotel ist eine schöne, gereinigte und gut gepflegte Zimmer mit einem schönen Blick, voll ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die einzige kleine Nebenwirkung ist, dass, da das Hotel in der Nähe des Hafens liegt, es ein wenig Lärm gab (zumindest im ersten Stock, wo ich geblieben bin). Es war jedoch nicht intensiv oder besonders störend."

"In 1983 Spetses was the first ever holiday and Holds great memories for me. I last visited the island in 1987 with my beautiful late wife. After such a long time I wanted to go full circle and visit Spetses just one last time and chose Klimis hotel for me first accommodation for seven days. I chose a sea view room on the first floor with its own small balcony and I was not disappointed. Klimis is a fantastic family run hotel in a fantastic position close to all the restaurants, bars, harbour etc. The view out to sea to the Peloponese mainland was amazing. The room was very modern , well furnished and decorated .The double bed was very comfortable and had sufficient amenities and the room was cleaned well. There was always hot water available and more than adequate air conditioning via a remote control. The breakfast was lovely too"

"Yayaki is one of the nicest small hotels I have stayed in. We stayed for ten days and loved it. The staff are exceptional. Karl, the owner, has a really great team - George the Operations Manager overseeing all activity, Demetrios at the bar, Marissia serving breakfast, Lyllia ensuring the bedrooms are kept immaculate complete with wonderful creations made out of the towels; all were so kind and helpful. Every guest was made to feel special and at home. Karl really understands the meaning of 'Hospitality'. The swimming pool area is very pretty and most mornings we had it to ourselves. Breakfast is outstanding and generous - jugs of fresh orange juice, good coffee, almost anything you want to eat; as much or as little as you like. This is an outstanding small hotel well placed for exploring the town, but out of the hustle and bustle and only ten minutes walk to either the new or the old port. We had the most wonderful stay here."
