The newly renovated house that stays on almost an acre of land is located near the heart of historic Spartanburg downtown, 5 minute drive to the Main street where most of the hassle is including great and authentic restaurants, coffee shops, music, businesses and night life.This modern farmhouse/mid century designed place has finished renovation in 2022 and has everything new including furniture and appliances and just about everything you will see. You will love the beautiful hardwood flooring and perfectly painted white walls, owner created and finished fireplace and kitchen accent brick wall design as well as pebble bathroom flooring done exclusively by yours, and only, the owner with the pebbles brought all the way from California!
