It was the worst experience I’ve ever had to go through. A tree fell through my house and had no where to stay, Red Cross provided us with money to go stay at a hotel. We get here and the place is dirty, nasty, obviously not cleaned at all. There was something splattered all over the headboard, bottle caps ( not ours) on the floor, my 2 year old almost stepped on. We don’t have the amenities that we paid for including the jet tub (pictured in pictures but haven’t had them for 3 years is what I was told), or the couch. The towels were dirty so we just used our own. The first room we were in (king bed) the air was barely even on much less working so 2 hours later after we called to tell them we call again because no one has came even though we were told that they were coming to look at it, we call to ask if they forgot about us, told us to come down to office and get another room. Spoiler, this one isn’t any better, it’s a little cooler but still disgusting. It’s what we were limited to because when we arrived and told the amenities that were included weren’t, we called TRIP.com to fix it and all they could do was give me the run around (3pm) then once we wait around at about 8pm is wh and tell me it will be 10 buisness days for my REFUND ?? I told them I don’t have 10 days, we have no where to go because our house is crushed by a tree, we almost died!! We confessed our concerns and no one even seemed to care. I don’t recommend this place nor this app, company whatever the heck they are TRIP.com, I don’t recommend them at all!! No one was helpful at all!!!
