Meine ältere Mutter, Pup & Ich war in-zwischen Häuser & fand dieses erweiterte Aufenthaltshotel. Wir waren sofort bei unserer Ankunft beeindruckt. Die Außenflächen waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Dann von beiden Suzanne & Greg auf dem Vordertisch begrüßt wurden, die sehr nett und hilfreich waren. Unser Zimmer war unerwartet groß und sauber, das gesamte Innenraum war sehr sauber. Neben dem (erwarteten) Autobahngeräusch (die wir wirklich nicht zu stören), es war ein sehr ruhiges Hotel. Ich habe wirklich die Management-Aufrechterhaltungs-Regeln wie ”Ruhezeit” geschätzt, nach etwa 8:00 Uhr, Sie könnten eine Pin-Trop hören, es war so ruhig. Wie ich im Titel meiner Bewertung erwähnt, kann ich einfach nicht genug sagen, Ich bewerte dieses Hotel mit einem großen 10+, 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ und HIGHLY empfehlen.

After reading all the positive reviews, I booked this hotel, but my experience was extremely disappointing compared to what others had mentioned. The hotel condition was somewhat acceptable, but the lift had issues—it only started about 30 seconds after pressing the button. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no utensils or coffee supplies, making it both inconvenient and frustrating. The breakfast was subpar, barely worth calling a meal. The staff were short-handed and far from considerate or helpful. It felt like any request was a burden to them. There was a stove in the room, but no instructions on how to use it. The stove was locked so that guests couldn’t use it until they received training from the front desk. According to the manager, guests needed to go down for an orientation. They advertised breakfast was included, but what was provided was disappointing—stale eggs, muffins, and packet oats. There wasn’t even enough coffee available, and I had to wait for a new batch to be made. When I raised these concerns, the manager simply said that this is how all their hotel chains operate now and that they couldn’t be different. If this approach continues, it’s only a matter of time before someone else buys the place, and the current owner goes out of business. It seems the owner is focused on cutting corners to make a profit, without considering guest satisfaction. Overall, I strongly advise against staying here. This hotel fails to meet even the most basic expectations. I will never use this hotel again.

I stayed a Sat/Sun visit for biz and solo, and it was literally perfect from the start. I sent them a chat via the Marriott app, and ended up communicating with Sheryl, the actual GM (Boss Lady) of the entire property - and she completely hooked me up, when she had no obligation to. I met Amelia and Melinda upon check-in, both very nice yet professional. They both did me a second favor, by letting me check in early; and as I wanted to wash my clothes in their Guest Laundry, that was huge to me. And this was great first impression altogether, first-class customer service (and why I always trust a Marriott property). Speaking of guest laundry, they knew I was needing it, so ended up putting my room just steps away from their Laundry Room (thank you!!), and their laundry facility was clean and secure and washer/dryer knocked it out. Did 2 loads, so convenient and 1000% better than some laundromat. My room was one of nicest I’ve stayed in, in all my travels. Chargers outlets fridge big closet comfy bed awesome fully-stocked clean big bathroom. That night I ended up talking to Allen at their FD, and another great, professional, nice guy. Without a doubt, my fave thing about this hotel, is their staff. Absolutely I will be back, and I highly recommend whenever you’re in the area. BTW there’s all kinds of cool places all around and within 10-minute drives.

From the moment I entered the breakfast room, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sight of a buffet spread that promised to satisfy every craving. It was a symphony of colors and textures – vibrant fruits, fluffy pastries, steaming omelets, crispy bacon, and savory sausages. The sheer variety was impressive, catering to both traditional and adventurous palates. My eyes were immediately drawn to the wafflestation. Tony, with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to please, welcomed me with open arms. He effortlessly guided me through the selection of fillings, offering suggestions based on my preferences. The breakfast itself was a perfect start to our day, everything was cooked to perfection and brimming with my chosen ingredients. His meticulous attention to detail, showcased his dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience. As I moved through the buffet, my senses were further tantalized by the assortment of fresh breads, cereals, yogurt, and fruit. He shared his knowledge of the local area, recommending hidden gems and must-see attractions that I wouldn't have discovered otherwise. His genuine interest in my well-being extended beyond the breakfast room. He even went out of his way to help me locate a quiet area at the lake when I needed to join a zoom meeting, and because it wasn't hot yet, he told me about this perfect spot that had shade, and a perfect view of the water. This act of kindness, going above and beyond the call of duty, truly solidified his position as a standout member of the staff.
