GGuest UserSehr ruhige und ruhige Lage trotz der Nähe der Straße. Meine ”Königsgröße Bettraum” war wirklich geräumig. Das Personal war wunderschön.
Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, als ich inkam (fand ein Zahnpfeiler und auch ein paar Haare im Badezimmer), aber es fühlte sich nicht schmutzig für mich. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, und die Temperatur war immer perfekt.
Meine einzige negative Einnahme: Das Frühstück war nicht groß für Vegetarer (lass allein Veganer) und im Allgemeinen nicht super gesund.

I have and had to dispute a smoking fee for $250. 45 minutes after checking out, they sent a email about a smoking fee for $250. I went back to dispute the charge after saying there was no smoking in the room. Once it was proved there was no smoking then they decided they wanted to change it to a deep cleaning fee for a stained towel. This was a targeted attack on my family. Then I was threatened to be put a do not rent because the incompetent staff didn’t know to communicate and lacked critical thinking when contested with facts but did not lack in their expert exercise of complicit bias. The staff is disgusting.

This is more than just a hotel. I know that this brand is not known for being five star, or having some sort of amazing luxury experience I go to those hotels and really appreciate the attention to details. However, this hotel is becoming quickly one of my favorites. We stay in Vacaville on family business every other month. This is the second time we stayed at this Fairfield Inn. We love Marriot And have also stayed at other Marriott properties within a 1 mile radius. But there are two things that make this hotel stand out for me. The first thing is the staff. Both times we have come to this property we were checked in by someone at the front desk named Dominique. When I tell you, this is the nicest person who truly loves her job I am not exaggerating you get the sense that she’s there because she likes welcoming people making them feel comfortable and at home on the property. I really was motivated to share how much I love this property by her. Welcome the second time around. Because we recall the first time we came here and just how sweet and kind and knowledgeable she was. It was great. The other reason I am writing this is because these are hands-down, some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. I thought it was me and it could be but I’m telling you there’s something about the feather bed or something luxurious and comfortable and amazing they’re doing when it comes to these beds. I should also mention that the property is always immaculate. Thanks so much to Dominique and the rest of the team that make our stays so comfortable!

Sshirleyo949Ich war ein wenig enttäuscht im Zustand dieses Hotels. Das erste Zimmer, das sie uns gegeben hatten, hatte Schmutz im Tau und wurde angeschlossen. Sie wechselten uns in ein neues Zimmer, aber das Sofabett wurde im neuen Zimmer zerbrochen. Mein Sohn endete nur mit der Matratze und schlief auf dem Boden. Die Mädchen auf dem Vordertisch waren aber wirklich nett, sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie halfen uns in jedem Fall, sie konnten. Wir waren ihnen sehr dankbar. Wir werden jedoch nicht wieder in dieser speziellen Comfort Suites bleiben.

LLuis MI booked this hotel in advance for a long-weekend getaway. Although the sign at the front office says ”All rooms are not smoking,” the room we were given had a strong smell to cigarette. The sheets on the bed were not properly tucked in and a homeless person was a few feet from our door with his shopping cart full of his belongings. The front door of the room was not closing properly. I went to the front office and told the attendant that I was not going to stay. Attendant was very polite and courteous, but the property was in very bad condition. I got full refund through Priceline.
