Ich hatte eine vorbezahlte Buchung. Sie bezahlten 800$ für Vorfälle mit dem POS, die den „Genehmigten“ Status gegeben. Wir spenden wie 1k und sie haben uns außerhalb des Zimmers verriegelt und uns gebeten, das ganze Geld wieder zu zahlen. Sie haben die ursprüngliche Zahlung nicht anerkannt. Front Desk Guy Christian sehr rot, drücken sie auf die Ecke des Schnappens. Schließlich habe ich den Manager gebeten, zu sprechen.. er hat in 20-30 Minuten auf dem Vordertisch, entschuldigen und sagen, dass alles in Ordnung mit der ersten Zahlung. Wir verbrachten 1 Stunde außerhalb von diesem “Systemfehler” verschlossen Der Service im Sofia (Restaurant nach unten) ist wegen des Küchenpersonals sehr schlecht. Das Dach-Top-Restaurant ist für das Abendessen ziemlich schön. Ich wartete 30 Minuten auf den Diener, um mein Auto zu bringen. Die haben keine Ahnung, was sie tun. Nach 10 Uhr können Sie nur im Inneren essen. Shuttle-Service nur für Disney Parks.

在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Während meines Aufenthalts in Disney World blieb ich zunächst zwei Nächte und verlängerte meinen Aufenthalt dann um vier weitere, sodass ich insgesamt sechs Nächte blieb. Der Disney World Shuttle hatte nur einen eingeschränkten Fahrplan, deshalb habe ich ihn nicht genutzt. Ich habe Uber benutzt, was tagsüber recht günstig war, aber gegen Ladenschluss stieg die Nachfrage sprunghaft an, sodass die Uber-Preise höher waren. Trotzdem ist die Entfernung angemessen. Die Rezeption und das Personal waren alle freundlich, und das Hotel hatte einen Pool und ein Buffet im Gebäude gleich nebenan, was sehr schön war. Das kostenlose Frühstück war ideal für ein schnelles Frühstück. An Wochentagen wurde es gelegentlich im Springhill auf der anderen Straßenseite serviert, sodass ich, abgesehen von der kleinen Unannehmlichkeit des Hin- und Herfahrens, einen sehr zufriedenstellenden Aufenthalt hatte. Beautiful hotel, close to disney springs, staff was very nice and accommodating. At at the grill for breakfast, that was delicious.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

Bequem und sauber. Das Essen ist erschwinglich und gut. Im Vergleich zu All Stars würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv wählen. Ich liebe das luxuriöse Design und entspannende Atmosphäre. Es fühlte sich wie Sie am Strand leben.

Ich bin hier, um die Ausstellung zu besuchen. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, gleicht dem Nichts. Drei Nächte lang, ohne Handtücher zu wechseln, rufen wir die Rezeption an, um einen neuen Handtücher zu nehmen und die andere sagt, dass wir 15 Messer zahlen müssen. Am letzten Tag um 8 Uhr morgens, am letzten Tag, um fragen, ob wir weitermachen, sagte ich, dass es für eine Weile nicht sicher ist. Die Rezeption ist jung und ich sagte, dass Sie 2026 sicher sein können. Die Zeit für den Austritt ist 10 Uhr morgens. Da wir uns beeilen, auf den Ausstellungsplatz zu gehen, hoffe ich, dass die Konsultation bis 12 Uhr (normale Zeit für den Austritt in der Heimat) stattfinden kann, sagte der Rezeptor, dass sie an einer Konferenz ihrer Organisation teilnehmen müssen (KPIRA-Mann), um die Zeit für den Austritt zu verlängern, Wir können also zuerst aus dem Haus gehen. Die Umgebung des Feriendorfs ist gut, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht! Komm nicht!

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable 3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone 4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere. On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.

We stayed at this Days Inn the night before our cruise departure from Port Canaveral. Its close proximity to the Orlando airport made it a convenient choice for our late arrival, though it did mean a longer drive to the port the following morning. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and met our expectations for a short overnight stay. Breakfast was included, which was appreciated, but it fell just short of what most would consider a true continental breakfast. The selection was fairly limited, and the pastries in particular tasted more like day-old items than fresh offerings. Overall, it served its purpose for a one-night stay near the airport.
