Had a spectacular time especially when we were ent for Desserts with Don. He was a great host and accommodated us so well! A wonderful employee and fantastic human being! Also I enjoyed the breakfast wonderful service as well. Slept like a baby on the bed too.

Checked in on 10/4 for only a night. I could tell this was going to be a great stay when I met Alissa at the front desk. She was awesome! Great personality and happy to help and answer any questions I had (which were many after not being in KC for 40 years). The room was nice and clean and the hotel overall was very nice. But the main reason I'm writing this review is because of the great customer service Alissa provided. -GC

Ich blieb im Juni 2024 bei den Loews für eine Konferenz. Die Konferenzeinrichtungen, einschließlich der gepflegten Speisen zum Frühstück und Mittagessen, waren Top-Notch. One of my top five lodging stays. The attention to detail is amazing. From the music and scent greeting you at the door to the nice glassware and hardware to the beautiful furniture, everything was meticulously curated. My only wish not supplied was a robe, but that’s a quibble. And a wonderful neighborhood as well. Can’t wait to have an excuse to visit Kansas City again. The tourism bureau should give these guys an award.

Was für eine fantastische Überraschung! Wir kamen zur Familie und endeten mit dem 4th of July Grill im Hotel (sie hatten einen Gasgrill und lieferten Spatula und Grillfork)! Meine Kinder genossen den Pool. Mein Sohn und sein Cousin genossen das Basketballhof. Die ganze Familie konnte auf dem Patio und die Bewegung in den Speisesaal essen. Wunderbares Zimmer, das bequem und geräumig war, sowie andere Einrichtungen! Großer Reise! Hier bleiben wir nur, wenn wir zurückkommen!

Pros: New property, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet guest rooms, no problems to speak of. Cons: Immediate area doesn't have much to offer in the way of shopping and restaurants. In any year I spend upwards of 120 nights in hotels so for me to find one that doesn't stress me in any way is difficult. I am happy to say my stay at this new Holiday inn property didn't cause me any headaches or stress. It was easy and effortless from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious and included both a work desk and chair/table so I didn't have to watch TV while lying in bed in a weird position. The shower had decent water pressure, I didn't hear any guests in adjacent rooms, and I didn't have to hack the thermostat to get the room to a comfortably cool temperature. There was always parking available not too far from the door, every front desk employee was friendly, and the ice water in the lobby was always full- and welcome because of the warm weather. Although no fault of the hotel, the immediate area doesn't have much to offer aside from the Worlds of Fun theme park. There is a Wendy's, Burger King, Waffle House, Taco Bell, and QuikTrip convenience store/gas station, but nothing in the way of sit-down restaurants, grocery stores, and other kinds of retail. For that, a short drive is required in either direction. This is one of the rare hotels for which I would not hesitate returning to for another stay. There is definite value in stress-less experiences.

GGuest UserDas Hotel befindet sich im Bau und der Lärm war extrem laut. Die diensthabende Managerin war abfällig, bevor sie auflegte. Nur damit sie zurückruft und einen Essenspreis anbietet. Beim Auschecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir zurück ins ****** müssen, um unsere Essenskompensation zu erhalten. Nachdem wir den ganzen Weg zurück in die ****** gegangen waren, um unsere Karten zu holen, dann ins Restaurant zu gehen und nichts zu essen, stand auf den Karten und nichts wurde kompensiert. Meine Frau und ich haben gespart, um unseren 20. Hochzeitstag zu feiern, und wir entschieden uns, es dort zu verbringen, nur um eine sehr unbefriedigende Erfahrung zu machen. Wir konnten uns nicht einmal in unseren eigenen Zimmern reden hören. Dann vom Management so behandelt zu werden, machte dies einfach völlig inakzeptabel.

KKaty JWir werden wieder in dieses wunderschöne Hotel in einem Park-ähnlichen Ecken von Kansas City. Es sind nur Schritte vom Plaza und einen schnellen Spaziergang zu lokalen Restaurants und Geschäften in Westport. Hilfsbereit und schneller Valet Service. Danke Stephen! Bald wird der freie Trolley auf diese Nachbarschaft ausweiten, um einen ganz neuen Weg zu fahren.

GGuest UserDarrell (Schiffführer) war das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Er war sehr persönlich, energisch und machte unsere ganze Party sich willkommen. Das Front Desk Team konnte einige Anmerkungen über die Gastfreundschaft von Darrell nehmen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, aber das Gebäude ist ein bisschen datiert.

This stay was one of the best experiences I've ever had, if not THE best. There's one thing that blind sided us that I have to mention for future guests, there is a $50 per night deposit fee, but of course you get it back upon checkout (unless you break stuff, then duh, you pay for it). Sure, the rooms are a little scuffed up, the hotel isn't completely updated, but that's what I liked about it. This plaza isn't all modernised like 90% of them nowadays, it has its ups and downs. But it gives the place charm. And I'm a 21yo woman! You'd think someone my age would want modernised, but quite the contrary. First of all, when we walked in we were greeted by amazing staff members who were patient with us when we transferred the funds needed into our bank accounts. After being checked in, we turned around and saw one of the most gorgeous lobbies you could ever see in somewhere like Missouri. The pictures they advertise doesn't do it justice! It feels like walking around in a mini resort. We asked to be put on the very top floor, but obviously since that was the penthouses they weren't available during my stay so we settled for the 11th floor (right below the penthouses). The view from our room inside the hotel and outside was phenomenal, there's a wonderful view of the city with a beautiful rustic old-timey balcony (which you can't access unfortunately, but I feel like if you could you would definitely get hurt). Looking down at the lobby felt like a dream with how spacious and unreal it looked. You could see the whole lobby, beautiful fountain, etc. It was amazing, not to mention the elevator is see through so you can see the whole place as you go up to your room. The atmosphere of this hotel was incredibly comforting as well. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating the entire time. When we had an issue trying to connect our Playstation to the TV, the maintenance man was up there knocking on our door to help within a minute of making the call to the front desk about it. There are 2 pools and one hot tub, and unfortunately the deeper pool was shut down (I don't remember what for, but I know it wasn't anything to worry about). However the maintenance man for the pool came in and let us help him retrieve things that sunk to the bottom of the deep pool, it felt like a side quest, lol. After helping him, he let us swim in the deep pool but made sure to let us know not to let anyone else in there. It felt so personal and like he really appreciated our help! That's all fine and dandy, however, the bar is the place to be in this plaza. It's a cozy area tucked in the corner after passing by little french-like tables to sit at by the windows to the pool (it felt like we were sitting in Paris next to a pond to be completely honest). When we got to the bar, we were immediately greeted by the most amazing, kind, fun bartender I have ever dealt with. His energy radiated and created a comfy place for me and my boyfriend to relax and sip on some drinks. Ever

GGuest UserIch brauchte einen Ort, um auf dem Weg nach Hause zu krachen. Ich dachte, der Stopp wäre sicherer als eine Beerdigungsküsse, die ich so müde war. Ich war nicht zu müde, um das schmutzige Bad und Haare im Tauch und auf den Duschen Wänden zu sehen, da fast nahe meinem Gesicht- gross. Ich war zu müde, um mich zu beschweren und habe nicht die Geduld, um mit niemandem umzugehen. Sie sagten, es war das einzige Zimmer, so sah ich mich nicht um ein saubereres Zimmer zu bekommen. Enttäuschend- hätte ich für den ersten Plan in meinem Auto geschlafen haben. Nächstes Mal ist es Motel 6- auch wegen der unhygienischen Situation, die ich mir Sorgen gemacht hatte, um CoVID zu erhalten - es war ein offenkundiger Punkt, dass diese Teile nicht gereinigt wurden.
