This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area. However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Alle Mitarbeiter arbeiten so glücklich und aufrichtig, dass Sie zufrieden sind Fühlen Sie sich besonders. Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub. Da wir am Abend des Check-Ins dort sein werden, habe ich das Hotel angerufen und über die Situation informiert. Als ich ins Hotel ging, sagten sie, ob wir Hunger hätten, und wenn wir Hunger hätten, würden sie uns etwas zubereiten. Die Angestellten sind sehr nette und lächelnde Leute. Für diesen Preis ist dies ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Dieses Hotel ist riesig und besteht aus mindestens drei separaten Gebäuden und Apartmentgebäuden. Das Essen zum Abendessen war in Ordnung, die Snacks waren gut. Der allgemeine Reparaturaufwand des Hotels war gering: Abblätternde Farbe in der Lobby, aufgeblähtes Holz an der Rezeption, kaputte Zierleisten im Zimmer usw. Das große Plus war der ruhige Pool für diejenigen, die keine Lust auf schreiende Kinder und laute Musik haben. Ich bin kein Fan von Ausflügen außerhalb der Hotels, keine nennenswerten Restaurants oder Cafés, sondern nur Einkaufen, was ich verstehe: Was nützt es, wenn alles alles inklusive ist. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, es gab erstklassigen Alkohol und von Mitternacht bis 3 Uhr morgens Essen.

Mir hat das Hotel gefallen, alles war sauber. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber gemütlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker, große Auswahl an Gerichten, viel Fleisch, Hähnchen, Fisch. Die Süßwaren sind erstklassig. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus vom Hotel zum Strand. Wenn Sie zu Fuß gehen, sind es 15 Minuten durch das Ödland, bei schnellem Tempo. Der Strand ist gut, sandig, breite Küste, sanfter Einstieg ins Meer, keine Felsen. Es gibt einen russischsprachigen Administrator. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die antike Stadt Side kann man in gemächlichem Tempo in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Nachteile: - es gibt im gesamten Hotel kein kostenloses WLAN. Pro Tag – 2 Dollar. - Der Bettbezug war schmutzig, ich bat um einen Austausch.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.

Sultan of Side ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, das wir bei jeder Gelegenheit für einen Wochenendurlaub besuchen. Das Essen ist köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.
