An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Good location, very close to the bus station and the central of the town. The spa and swimming pool are included and very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing

Sehr schönes Hotel, etwas überholt, aber sauber und erstaunlich Einrichtungen und schöne Service.

Receptionists are super helpful and nice!! I was welcomed by Elisabeth for the first day and followed her super good travel ideas and routes to hike! The hotel are very cute and clean. Behind the hotel is a hiking route ❤️☀️ I will come back definitely!!

Das Kinderbett ist sehr komfortabel, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Dekoration ist auch sehr gut, und der Pool und der Spielplatz sind sehr gut. Das Frühstück mit dem Selbsthilfe ist gut und der Geschmack ist gut.

Im Allgemeinen ein gutes Aufenthalt und ein schönes Hotel, aber beim Abreisen und in einer Eile, um einen Zug zu fangen, wusste und konnte nicht einmal bestätigen, dass ich unseren Aufenthalt vorbezahlt hatte.
