AAnonymer BenutzerDas Personal dieses Hotels war überall in unserem Aufenthalt unglaublich willkommen und hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren unverschämt und sehr komfortabel. Wir genossen auch das leckere Frühstück jeden Morgen und liebten die bequeme Lage in der Nähe der großen Attraktionen.

SSven02Ich habe bei diesem Hotel viele Male bei jedem Besuch von Alor Setar geblieben. Dieses Hotel ist immer unsere erste Wahl, weil es sehr sauber ist und die Umgebung komfortabel ist. Darüber hinaus ist es in seiner zentralen Lage bequem, an andere Orte zu reisen.

AAnonymer BenutzerGreat location, superb variety of food available just below the hotel. Staff are so - so. They should at least put a sign where is the lift hotel, reception area as it all compact in one area with the shop lot. Otherwise great staycation 👍🏻

NNafisah Abdul MalikI did already write about the room that i stayed in, so here i’ m writing about their fnb, Suggestions actualy.
1) Have two persons to manage the omelete station, with 2 cooking device. The waiting is quite long at busy hour.
2)I consider myself a regular there and everytime the main bfast course would be nasi lemak with pasta or nasi lemak with fried noodle or nasi lemak with smthing .please, Kedah is a food haven, try something else, rotate, whatever.
3)2 days in a row, fruits were papaya and pineapple. Somethg else pls
Apart from the single room n fnb, the rest i am satisfied with.Would like to continue being a regular if they would consider changing the menu a bit and get rid of stained curtains and bed covers, plus, make the phone and tv works everytime. Suddenly thats a lot to take into consideration….hmm

DDba RpaaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star City Hotel in Alor Setar, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, with easy access to shopping malls and popular tourist attractions. Overall, my experience at Star City Hotel was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

KKHOR MUI KIMMein Aufenthalt im Hotel war einfach schön. Obwohl das Zimmer sauber und ruhig war, war der Wasserdruck langsam, was ein wenig enttäuschend war. Zusätzlich war Parkplatz schwer zu finden, was zu einer gewissen Unannehmlichkeiten hinzugefügt hat die Gesamterfahrung.

FFarOFFHotel was ok since the price was reduced. But it was poorly maintain. The cupboard was chipped, the shower drain was clogged and the towel need to be change. The room a little dark and need to have more lighting. Parking area need to readjust, big car have problem getting into the slot

AAzyyati AzahariHad a pleasant stayed at the hotel. The hotel is near to many attractions place such as menara alor setar, pekan rabu and aman central. Our room got the view of the menara alor setar which makes our holiday more fun. Thank you.
