Very comfortable stay. Nice, clean room certainly no complaints in that respect. Location is outside of the centre of Salerno, however a half-hourly train can be caught 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, which gets u into Salerno in 15 minutes, and u can be at the tourist ferry terminal in 25 minutes. A small number of restaurants around and a supermarket is 2 minutes away. Breakfast was very basic but was sufficient enough. Not too bad for the price point and definitely cheaper than Amalfi Coast, but the easy access to Amalfi Coast made it worth the stay.

Located about a 15 min walk from the main train station and Salerno Ferry. Close to great restaurants. Check in was quite simple. Giovanni met us outside and communicated well via text. If you are an elderly couple or have any issues with stairs then this is not the place for you. Steps to the apartment are high. Although we had help with our luggage to get to the apartment, there was no help when we left. Breakfast is a bunch of small cereal boxes and individually packed coissants. Lots of fresh fruit in the fridge and milk to make a latte. No cereal bowls to eat cereal so we ended up not eating any. Very limited kitchen supplies. Room is so small that there isn't much room for luggage. Bathroom is a standard bathroom with cool lighting in the shower. Other than that, the shower jets in the walls were useless. No pressure. The shelf in the shower was on it's last leg. If you put any items on it, then it would fall off. The bedding needs some serious attention. Sheets barely fit on the bed (no fitted sheet) so when you turned in the middle of the night, the sheets would move with you. The top cover looked like it hadn't been washed. Definitely needs some serious attention. Overall, if you are on a budget, then this might be a good option for you.
