The room was a little musty, like someone had smoked in there, I asked for a key to open the window, I had to go down and fetch this myself (it was 1am) and the window still did not open.
Nice drinks tray, with nice biscuits and twinnings tea! Heater in the room works well.
Definitely in real need of refurbishing!!.
Breakfast was like entering a different hotel, attentive and friendly staff, no stale smell, food was fresh and had a good selection. Coffee was nice.

Gut gelegene ruhige Umgebung, aber keine Rezeption Mitarbeiter, um Kunden zu helfen, einchecken und auschecken, weil die Rezeption mit Bar verbunden ist.
Das Haus war nicht in meinem Zimmer, das mein Zimmer für den ganzen Tag halb offen ließ. 5 Pfund pro Tag für den Parkplatz für Kunden zu laden ist für mich eine schlechte Idee

GGastnutzerOur recent stay at the Leonardo Derby City Centre was exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel’s prime location is great. The pricing was reasonable, and we made the decision to upgrade to the executive room. This upgrade provided us with complimentary alcoholic beverages, chocolate cans of soft drinks, coffee at the hotel bar, and a 20% discount on food, which proved to be a worthwhile. It also has underground parking (get there early to secure a position. We would certainly recommend this hotel for future stays.

Nachdem ich es der Rezeptionistin mitgeteilt hatte, fand sie sofort zwei Ladekabel für mich und meinte, sie würde sie mir kostenlos abgeben. Am nächsten Morgen ging ich in einen nahegelegenen Supermarkt, um es zu kaufen, und gab das Ladekabel an der Rezeption zurück. Außerdem war die Steppdecke zu dünn und ich bin mitten in der Nacht wegen der Kälte aufgewacht.

GGastnutzerEs ist um drei Uhr zu verbringen. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Badezimmer ist aber kleiner als das Zimmer, das Fenster anderer Zimmer im Gebäude ist auf der anderen Seite nicht gesehen. Das Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden, das Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden, kontaktieren Sie die Rezeption und sagen, dass das Hotel nicht alle Fenster öffnet, aber weil es eine Klimaanlage hat, ist es kein Schmutzgefühl. Das Bett ist komfortabel und sauber. WLAN ist langsam. Die Lage liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums, 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Der Hotelservice ist schlecht, die Vorauszahlung ist 3 Nächte, weil es dringende Probleme zu Hause gibt, war zwei Nächte langsam, mehrfach mit dem Hotel zu konsultieren, das Hotel gibt keine Vorauszahlung für die restliche Nacht zurück.
