The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. The staff was quite friendly. It is a good family hotel but I cannot recommend for a group of friends.

Ok, das Abendessen ist gut, es ist sehr entlegen und es gibt viele Attraktionen, die besonders weit sind. Im Vergleich zu einem Bus, der dreieinhalb Stunden dauert, wenn Sie sich selbstfahren, können Sie bedenken, dass die Speisearten reich sind.

Schönes Hotel, um zu starten und zurück von Ihrem Fahrrad. Essen war lecker, da die meisten Menschen auf der halben Fahrt waren. Großes Frühstück und sogar besseres Abendessen. Großere Tische für die Gruppe von Freunden wäre schön und Saft-Versorger sollten überprüft werden - zu viele Leute warten..

Das Resort versuchte, mir zusätzliches Geld für den Aufenthalt meiner Kinder in Rechnung zu stellen, da Trip.com nicht 4, sondern 2 Personen mitgeteilt hatte. Wir legten die Unterlagen als Beweis vor und der Trip-Kundendienst rief an und es reichte nicht aus, obwohl in den Unterlagen stand, dass es sich um 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene handelte. Sie wollten mir weitere 800 $ für den Aufenthalt meiner Kinder in Rechnung stellen, nachdem ich bereits bezahlt hatte. Trip verlangte, dass ich bezahle, und sie würden mir das Geld zurückerstatten, aber ich vertraute niemandem und es klang zu schön, um wahr zu sein. Einer dieser beiden hat es vermasselt und meinen Urlaub fast ruiniert. Das Hotel hat es „herausgefunden“ und das Problem behoben, aber ich weiß nicht, wer schuld war. Das Hotelpersonal war fantastisch, die Lage war fantastisch, das Essen zum Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen wahnsinnig teuer. Sie versuchten, mich in einem Raucherzimmer unterzubringen und sagten mir, sie seien voll. Später fanden sie ein anderes Zimmer für uns, das viel besser war. Die Probleme wurden gelöst, aber das war eine enttäuschende Erfahrung für das Iberostar-Reservierungsteam und trip.com.

We had a great time at Resort & Spa. Many fresh choices at breakfast buffet, friendly waitress and easy communication. Several pools as options especially for kids and toddlers. Within 5 min walking several supermarkets, incl. ALDI. Good starting point for bicycling tours, nearby also several car rentals for private day trips. Peaceful neighbourhood for real relaxing vacation.

As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

Der Service war gut, aber die Ausstattung ist sehr alt, die Lampen im Zimmer waren kaputt und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Der Service des Hotels war insgesamt recht gut und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Aber die Einrichtungen sind stark veraltet, die gesamte Einrichtung ist altmodisch, die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig und die Lampen im Wohnzimmer waren ebenfalls defekt. Das Wohnerlebnis war sehr schlecht, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nicht gut und ich würde es nicht empfehlen.

前台態度很好，還給了兩瓶大瓶水，本來住在荒郊野外擔心買不到水，這樣不用擔心了。房間很小但是乾淨，有個小陽台但是用不上，酒店後院就是海灘，但是當天下雨景色並不好，也不怪酒店。寄存行李也很順利，工作人員微笑服務，總體來説不錯。
