"Wir haben 3 Nächte im April 2025 geblieben und sehr gerne die Lage und den Service. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, die Lage sehr nahe dem Bärenmeer, so genossen wir ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum See. Das Frühstück war gut, der einzige Abstand ist, dass wenn Sie nach 9:40 spät kommen, nicht mehr voll. Es ist super heiß im Zimmer, wir baten um die Wärme vollständig ausschaltet und sogar so war die Temperatur hoch, so ist es perfekt für die Wärmeliebhaber. Insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und ich würde die gleiche Lage wählen, wenn ich nach Sovata zurückkehre."

The reception staff deserve a special mention, especially the gentleman at reception whose politeness, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out throughout the stay. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive — exactly the kind of person who makes guests feel genuinely welcome. A huge thank you as well to masseur Laszlo for one of the best massages I’ve had. Fantastic technique combined with real hospitality and professionalism made the experience exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel properly luxurious. What truly makes this place special is the beautiful location surrounded by nature. The bio walks, fresh air, and health-focused areas create such a peaceful atmosphere, whether you want total relaxation, gentle activities, or simply a quiet escape. It’s genuinely suitable for everyone — couples, families, spa lovers, or anyone needing a reset. Honestly, the only stressful part of the trip was having to check out."
