"We are still in this beautiful hotel as i write.. We have been here since Monday and we are still in awe of the hospitality and professionalism of the staff here. But that’s not a surprise as the General Manager- Paulo Rodriguez - is there from morning to evening, greeting guests by their name, ask them about their day and genuinely showing an interest in his guests! We have been travelling around the world, but this is the first time the General Manager is amongst the guests.. And his style of management clearly cascades on his staff.. Amazing balinez massage and Eta was a pro in massage. Food is incredible- so huge congratulations to the Chef👌 Also, a huge ‘thank you’ to the Front house manager without whom, this stay would have not been possible. Keep up the good work guys, you rock 👏👏👏"

"Everything was as expected and even beyond in some aspects. The staff is friendly and helpful. They all speak Romanian, Hungarian and English. The rooms are big enough and the cleaners are doing a good job. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was good and varied. The SPA is great but can be a bit crowded as it serves 3 hotels: Sovata, Bradet and Ursina. The parking is a bit crowded too but we found a parking spot - that costs 15 RON per day. Our daughter forgot her plush toy in the room and we found out too late, but the staff went above and beyond and sent it to our home through a fast courier service."

"We had a great time at the hotel and recommend it 1. the room was very clean 2. the food (we had breakfast and dinner) was diverse and really delicious, 3. the staff is very attentive to the guests needs 4. based on the bracelets we received we had the access included to Lacul Ursu, and could enter as many times per day as we wished (regular tickets bought at the cashhers desk at the lake only provide 1 entry/day) 5. The hotel has its own spa area, and access to the pools and sauna was included In the room we were in there were 2 separate beds put together, so there are 2 beds, not 1 - but they were really confortable. Also, we had to pay separately for the parking."

"We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Crystal in Sovata and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to answer questions. The hotel looks new and everything was very clean, from the room to the spa and restaurant. The spa was a nice place to relax after a day out, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and the food was very good. Everything was fresh, warm and tasty, and they always refilled the trays quickly when something was finished. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back."

"Wir haben 3 Nächte im April 2025 geblieben und sehr gerne die Lage und den Service. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, die Lage sehr nahe dem Bärenmeer, so genossen wir ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum See. Das Frühstück war gut, der einzige Abstand ist, dass wenn Sie nach 9:40 spät kommen, nicht mehr voll. Es ist super heiß im Zimmer, wir baten um die Wärme vollständig ausschaltet und sogar so war die Temperatur hoch, so ist es perfekt für die Wärmeliebhaber. Insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und ich würde die gleiche Lage wählen, wenn ich nach Sovata zurückkehre."
