The hotel is clean, comfortable, well looked after and the service is absolutely excellent, the hotel lives up to the good name that Premier Inn has nationally.

離車站非常近，走路1分鐘就到，在交通上實在是太便利了，小孩也不收早餐費用，來這裡就必定要住這家~

Came to check in this hotel at 3.25pm where asit was advertised the check in by 3pm. The lady in reception said she cannot provide a time when the room will be available as workers are cleaning lots of room. Ruch a rude welcome to a hotel I never had anywhere before.

very quiet, friendly staff, evening meals lovely, breakfast was fairly good. only thing was said about was the tv remote wasnt the correct one and had to use the back of the tv to change channels. car park not within the hotel and about 5 mins walk away.

The free wifi is very slow. Then you need to pay extra £5 to have reasonably fast wifi connection. Haven't seen this in other hotels. Won't recommend.

It is a great location for where we were going. Only a few minutes walk from the Guildhall. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working in our room so it was way too hot and our sleep was poor. Breakfast is great, such a variety of choices. We have been before and will come again. This time we just had to leave early on departure as the heat in the room was uncomfortable. We only stayed one night though.

Hotel staff are very helpful. I had two different bookings for the following days, and they let me stay in the same room without changing it. Also, they allow me to check in early. The room was excellent, and I had the best breakfast in there.
