Unapproved late checkout's result in a $100/hr fee in 1 hour increments with a maximum of 2 hours. Any later will result in an additional $500 fee. Any smoking/smell of smoke or proof of smoking inside the unit will result in a $350 OZONE CLEANING FEE not limited to your security deposit. If you forget something and need it to be mailed there is a $40 charge + cost of shipping. Outside quiet hour is 10pm. Noise/neighbor complaint warning- Should you somehow get a noise/neighbor complaint... The FIRST noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $250 fine. Any additional noise complaints results in immediate termination of the remainder of your stay with no refund, plus the whole security deposit with no refund. So, stay inside if you’re going to make noise and keep the windows closed :) Any cars parked in the grass will be $250 fine per car. RESERVATION CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.. NO FIRES GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT OUTSIDE. Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees.
