We have stayed at this establishment numerous times and have always been impressed by the exceptional service, friendly staff, and the outstanding food at the restaurant a truly 5-star experience. However, during our most recent stay in one of the family rooms, we noticed that they fall short of the high standards set by the main hotel. The family rooms, being detached from the main hotel, lack the same beautiful decor, furniture, and overall refinement. Additionally, the Wi-Fi reception in the family rooms was noticeably weaker compared to the main hotel rooms. Given their separate location, enhancing the outdoor paved area would make a significant difference. Completing the half-built braai area, adding umbrellas, and providing a comfortable outdoor patio set would create a more enjoyable and family-friendly environment. We share this feedback in the hopes that the family rooms can be brought up to the same exceptional standard as the rest of the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful place on top of a hill with 360 views of the countryside. The rooms are decorated with a keen eye and perfectly equipped- you’ll want for nothing. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Food and wine was delicious. I would say the best place to stay in Potchefstroom without a doubt.

We have been traveling around the country by car for two weeks, randomly picking places to stay for the night. Feather Hill has been the best place so far. The staff were all courteous and friendly, the bed was the most comfortable, the spa was very relaxing and the food was absolutely superb. If we didn't live 600km away, this would become a regular getaway.
