Der Hinweis auf dieses Hotel ist im Namen. Wir reservierten 3 Zimmer für zwei Nächte für die Bootshow. Ehrlich gesagt war es grundsätzlich, aber perfekt geeignet für unsere Bedürfnisse. Ich habe vor kurzem im Waldorf Hotel in London geblieben und der Dusche in meinem Zimmer war weit über dem in der Waldorf. Es war gut für Geld für das Bootshow Wochenende £222 pro Schuh für zwei Nächte. Wir hatten ein paar Fragen mit Zimmerkarten etc. Aber Maddison der Rezeptionist freundlich & effizient sortiert sie und ist ein Kredit für das Hotel. Wir werden sicherlich nächstes Jahr für die Bootshow stoppen.

I stayed here solo as i was going to see a show at the Mayflower theatre. Easy to find, free parking. Lovely greeting, checking in was a breeze! Breakfast time and selection booked. And wi-fi code. Shown to Room 1 Double en-suite. Keys explained, 1 for room and 1 main door for ease of coming/going. Room lovely, bed a bit soft for me but double so fine. En-suite with shower. Tea & Coffee facilities. Tv and remote. Plenty of plugs for charger and straighteners (hairdryer in room) Breakfast at 8.30, Full English with toast, jam etc and coffee! Cereal,yoghurt and juice provided also. Great experience and would definitely stay here again if I needed to. Mayflower literally around the corner 5 mins away and walk in to city approx 15mins for all restaurants etc

This was the worst guesthouse experience I’ve ever had. We arrived around 7:30 on the 18 Oct 24 in the evening when opened the room it looked like it was waiting to be cleaned, the following points were found: 1. The was hair in the sink and shower and the draws (I have photos as proof). 2. There was as a mixture of cups provided for drinks don’t know about Southampton but we use a tea spoon to stir a drink not a fork (again a photo for proof). 3. There was as wardrobe looked like it hadn’t been finished 4. There towel rail was hanging off the wall. 5. There was mould around the base of the shower. 6. When contacted the person blamed his cleaning staff, said we would have a refund, we then left for few days when contacted he, stated that it would take up to 10 days to process, i I then gave, him a few weeks and still have not received the refund. The guesthouse looks like a dos house or somewhere they use for people just out of jail. if anyone is thinking staying there I would think twice before doing so. Needles to say we drove to a premier Inn and stayed there instead of. Still hasn’t received the refund

The place was clean and a good size for a family of six. It would be beneficial to have a bathmat in the tub, shower gel and improve the hot water in the bathroom as well. I would also suggest having shower gel in the bathroom. Thank you.
