"Serenity Rocks" is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroomed home that backs on to a large tree lined grassed area and beyond the trees lies the golf course. The house is a delightful quiet haven and is nicely away from the hustle & bustle of town. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with ice, crushed ice and filtered water. The kitchen flows nicely into the dining area or dine alfresco on the 8-seater garden table and BBQ. The kitchen and main bedroom open out on to the garden which leads out to an expansive well maintained large, grassed area.Relax in the lounge area and know that when it's cold there's a wood burner (please bring your own timber) or watch TV from anywhere in the room and know that it can swivel to suit most lounging locations.The double garage has been converted to a rumpus room for the little and big kids to enjoy.
