Dies war buchstäblich ein Zwischenstopp während Covid, eine unverzichtbare Reise. Die Angestellten waren angenehm und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft sah sauber aus und wir sind buchstäblich abgestürzt. Am Morgen entdeckten wir jedoch ein paar schmutzige Socken von früheren Insassen, die an der Seite gelassen wurden Schrank und Süßstoffbeutel zwischen Bettlaken und Matratze! Bestenfalls inakzeptabel, geschweige denn während einer weltweiten Pandemie. Wird an Mitarbeiter gemeldet, die sich entschuldigt haben und die Beschwerde bearbeiten. Das Personal entschuldigte sich sehr, aber einfach inakzeptabel.

The Himley House is a local restaurant and bar that I use for formal and informal business meetings. Regularly sat in the bar, you notice the welcoming attitude of the staff to all visitors. The restaurant is busy due to the quality of the food, but never seems overly loud or distracting. The bar area is perfect for a quick catch up and the staff are so welcoming of all visitors. I'd recommend anyone to visit, the decor is perfect reflecting the age and nature of the building.

JUST WOW! We booked our wedding with only 7 weeks untill the big day due to a sudden family illness. The team were outstanding from start to finish, not a single ounce of worry or stress, everything ran smoothly from the day we met the team u till the day after the wedding when we checked out. Our wedding was extremely emotional and the small touches of compassionate leadership and genuine care and attention were wonderful ! It will be a day I’ll never forget. The end of the evening I had a small chat with Dan who managed our wedding and he has such a big heart and it is evident how passionate he is about making every couples day special! If I could do this day all over again I would in a heartbeat. Amazing organisation gorgeous food and a beautiful venue all round! The bridal suite was stunning ! What a day 4.8.24 😍

What a fantastic place to stay have just returned home after 4 night stay can't fault the rooms or the restaurant.The room was spotless and the service was excellent ,Julie from housekeeping went above and beyond to make our room comfortable .Will certainly return when we are in that area.
