Room was too dark; trouble finding things in our suitcase; room has in adequate lighting fixtures; old fashioned tired old style hotel; drove our pick up truck and there was not room to park in in the crowded parking lot; parking lot is designed to maximize spaces but takes away proper egress and room to manuever. Bed was only average; I needed help on my reservation and I asked two different people at the front desk; neither could help me nor did they seem like they cared; I felt like I bothered them. Not a very happy place considering their in the business of catering to people on vacation. the room was clean;

Clean and comfortable small guest room with a Tahoe rustic feel in the spacious lodge lobby. Reason price for location and amenities.

Very cute hotel, with many amenities. For the price we paid, we really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

When you read cozy king room, it's code for small and old. The pictures on-line are very old and when you see the property you realize you made a serious mistake just before you stay here, because it's too late to cancel.

Great place, very close to the Gondola (we chose to drive for two minutes instead of walking as it was a stormy weekend). Reasonable price and great room - we’ll be back for sure!

Staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location is ideal. You can walk to stores and casinos. Rooms are roomy and match the pictures.

A nice property that has been remodeled in recent years. Note that cozy king is pretty small. Good restaurant, great shower pressure. Only thing missing is EV charging.

The room was clean in an updated rustic style. Water pressure in the bathrooms are great, and beds are comfortable, but the rooms are dimly lit even with provided light fixtures. Location is prime with a 5 minute walk to the heavenly gondola's.

This is a great spot. some of the motel remodels in Tahoe don't really stick the landing but this place is genuinely nice, with a great vibe, pro staff, and everything in the room seemed high quality. I recommend the attached restaurant Toulouse, even if just for a drink. A couple from NOLA runs it and they are great.

The room was comfortable, clean, and updated. The hit tub was great for after skiing. The restaurant was good. It’s a five minute walk from Heavenly village. Parking was free and easy.

Easy check in and comfortable accommodations. Nothing super fancy, but great for a couple of nights in Tahoe.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are dark but comfortable. The lobby area is cozy and they offer complimentary coffee and tea. The reception staff was not very helpful probably due to lack of proper training. Our room was pretty dusty and the outdoor hot tub is very small. But in spite some of the negatives, I think it is still value for money.
