4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding. Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive. Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used. 4 bedrooms(4 queen size) and 3 bathrooms Provided cooking and dining amenities, 8 bath towels. The cleaning crew will assist the garbage cans to outside of garage around 8:30am on Monday morning . Please leave some space so cleaning crew can move the trash bins out from the garage. Please assist the empty garbage cans back to garage.
