Das ist wohl das beste Hotel von Jakarta. Als ich nach einem späteren check-out fragte, war aber die Reaktion unangemessen.

Our room was on 18th floor but somehow we could hear the road traffic with motorbike honking very clearly unfortunately. Hotel could use some upgrade in terms of soundproof. Breakfast spread was superb. However, Japanese soufflé was not fluffy and pretty hard, Japanese sashimi quality was average, sushi roll rice was hard and not up to par, plain croissant was not as buttery and fluffy. The rest of the dishes was delicious and service was impeccable. Coffee was great too.

It's my 1st time to Jakarta to meet some friends. Therefore I decided to try this property by booking a one night stay, Raffles King Room during this trip. I was warmly welcomed by Dul who was on the ground, making sure I am not burdened by my baggage and my entrance was welcoming. He never failed to be great and asked my well being from time to time. Checkin was done with Ardi. Ardi was very professional and accommodating, guiding me through how I can maximise my stay based on my needs, recommending me amenities and recommendations both in and out of the property. Really helpful and thankful, especially for the option to have my breakfast in room as I had to leave the hotel early. Eky was very dedicated and friendly, I experienced it first hand as he helped me with my breakfast needs and requirements. Rest of the ground staffs were very dedicated people whom represent the brand and property well. I will definitely be back for a longer stay on my next visit to jakarta.

Booked a Garden View King size bed room. The room was huge and spacious. Wifi speed was OK. No mineral water bottles provided but a manual filling water dispenser provided instead which I do not like. For a 5 star hotel, I believe water bottle should be provided for the hygiene purpose. Check in was a chaos as no staffs approached for check in assistance. Promised to send a welcome drinks to the room but ended up nothing. Breakfast buffet was ok but not up to 5 stars standard. The buffet was normal and plain compared to other 5 star hotel I stayed before in Jakarta. Ordered a tenderloin steak but given a teriyaki chicken instead. Totally not acceptable. The good thing about the breakfast was the bakery and desserts which I think very good. This hotel was connected to the Lotte Mall and accessible from 10am to 10pm. Swimming pool was quite busy and the gym was nice to use. The lifts can be quite busy and have to wait up to 5 minutes during busy period. Overall, if I have other choices, I will not come back to this overrated hotel. Premium price paid but service was so so.

The hotel is great. The room is huge and really comfortable. The decorations in the hotel and the room are beautiful. The breakfast choice and quality is good. The "a la carte" menu is quickly served. The butler service is always available and efficient. All the staff is kind and available.

Hotel is connected to the shopping mall. Room is spacious, excellent service, good breakfast.

The second times stay at this hotel. Located the same building with lotte avenue mall. Close to kuningan city to apply visa. Love the room set up, have seperate partition bed and living room.

it’s a beautiful hotel with very spacious room. i enjoyed my stay and love how the service and morning breakfast was served. the staffs were good mannered it was really nice to see and be greeted by the happy faces of the working people in raffles jakarta.

This is our third stay at Raffles Jakarta. The first two stays were exceptional. However on this stay housekeeping did not perform turn down on our final night of the stay,. I found breakfast on the third morning to be extremely disappointing as there was no buffet. And the wait for the porters to assist with our departure took 20 minutes. Overall it was still a pleasant stay but we were disappointed with the issues mentioned above.

Great stay here! Super service and staff , quiet and not too crowded. Attentive staff. Convienient mall connected to the hotel which is more modern than previously thought. A nice staycation overall!

One of the very best hotel that I’ve ever stay, the hospitality is great i will stay in here again even though my home and this hotel only 4km, i love the smell of the soap very luxurious fragrance and also i like the cookies that they gave me as a welcome greeting and on the afternoon they gave me a basket of fruits what an extraordinary service isn’t it? Highly recommended hotel!
