Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa

Потрясающий отель. Два раза в неделю проходят Гала ужины под открытым небом с концертом. Рядом с отелем просторный чистейший пляж, очень рекомендую для пробежек. Персонал отеля всегда идут на встречу. Нам нужен был поздний выезд, нам бесплатно предоставили комнату до вечера.

This hotel was by far the best all inclusive resort I have ever stayed in. It was outstanding. The staff were so friendly, humble and accommodating. Annie on reception and Sherwin the bar *** deserve a special mention for their care, effort and knowledge. The food was amazing, very tasty and such a great variety. Absolutely outstanding. There was something there for everyone and if you didn't fancy spicy food, there was always a European choice plus you could ask for stuff that wasn't innthe dining room to be cooked. The drinks were great, not the usual nasty alcohol. The red wine was excellent and the spirits were good The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The pool was warm. The swim up bar was great. There weren't lots of kids there which was great as we're a couple in out 50's, as we're many of the guests. Sun beds could be an issue at times but on the whole, there was enough for everyone. They were comfortable padded sunbeds and all had umbrellas. The Tuk tuk to the beach was a nice extra. The sunsets were amazing The gala nights were great. The 2 a la carte restaurants were fantastic and very reasonable. We also had amazing massages at the complex If you fancy a trip, I'd recommend Betty's Boat amazing value and far far cheaper than Tui excursions. As a rule, I don't revisit places as there is so much of the world to see, however, I would go back to Heritage Resort again and again. If you are looking for a quiet, serene and relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place T

Heritage village has to be one of the best resorts in Goa. I have been visiting Goa since last 10 years and I have to say, this was my best ever stay. The hospitality is just amazing. All of our needs were catered to perfection. The rooms, pool common areas were so clean and everything was just perfect. The best part of it all was the 2 minute walk to the beach. Me and my wife just loved it. This is going to be our go to property from now on. Cheers to everyone at Heritage village resort and spa. Thank you!

We had an absolutely incredible visit to the Heritage. Everything was amazing. The room was nicely decorated and the little terrace coming off the room was very cute. The room was kept perfectly clean every day. The staff everywhere were very helpful and friendly - at reception, in the restaurant, at the bar and the cleaning staff. All really fantastic people. The food in the chutney restaurant was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the curry selections every day and the dosas at breakfast were great. My family are a little fussier than me but they were able to order less spicy options. I was absolutely delighted to try the variety of local dishes every day. The breakfasts were very good. My daughter particularly enjoyed the pancake and waffle station. The swimming pool, with a swim up bar, is lovely and refreshing and my daughter spent many happy hours in there. The New Year’s Eve gala dinner and event was exceptional. Delicious food and wonderful entertainment, including fireworks at midnight. The hotel very sweetly emailed me pictures of my family and I after we had returned home. We ordered taxis through reception a couple of times and they were reasonably priced. We also used the tuk tuk to the beach a couple of times. Whilst you can walk easily, the tuk tuk is fun to use. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and I was kindly given a delicious cake, a bottle of port and the room was decorated. I absolutely loved it all! I would love to return to this hotel again.

The resort is beautiful and very well laid out. The pool is very big so plenty of room for a swim. There is also a swim-up bar. We received a very nice welcome and all the staff were friendly, attentive and smiling throughout our stay. The resort is approximately 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach which didn’t get busy throughout the time we spent there. The sunset was a sight to behold too. There isn’t much around the hotel except for a small village up the road with a few shops and a supermarket. There are taxis outside the hotel and they are very cheap compared to the UK obviously. We found the food to be excellent. I like spicy food and there was much variety and I enjoyed sampling the many different dishes on offer. My partner doesn’t enjoy very spicy food but she enjoyed some of the curries and always found the alternatives to the local cuisine enjoyable. We also had a lovely meal in the La Bonita restaurant which isn’t included in the all inclusive package. There is plenty of drinks choice too and we found the cocktails enjoyable. My girlfriend loved the white wine as well. The room was spacious and clean and the large walk in shower was very nice. I would say the room isn’t quite at four star standard but the rest of the hotel is. We didn’t get a good signal on the TV which wasn’t really a problem. We only wanted to have it on in the background while relaxing before going out for our evening meal. The Wi-Fi worked fine in the room but as we got further away it was hit and miss for example while we were sunbathing around the pool. We had to get up quite early to secure sun beds on the days we wanted to stay at the hotel. We realised after two days we would have to be up at about 6:30am to secure beds around the pool by taking our towels outside. This may annoy some guests. There is space for a few more sun beds around the pool. My partner did observe staff removing towels on sun beds that weren’t being used to free some up for people around pool side. We also noticed there were more available in the afternoon generally. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Heritage and wished we were staying for a few more days.
