Premier Inn Bristol Filton Hotel

Needs a good clean and refurbishment. Fine if you just want a bed but its not in the best condition. Only one towel per room which was like sandpaer and tisses insteadd of toilet roll. Also no stairs. Its fine if you just want to crash out etc but not the best..........

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. First impressions of the receptionist were poor, she appeared from the back office, no eye contact and said ‘name’? No smile or greeting which when I had paid £466 for 3 nights I expected better. The bedroom carpet needed a deep clean, the bed was comfortable which was the only positive I have. It’s put my off premier inns for life. We had to extend our stay in Bristol but we moved hotels.

Good location and good value for money. Staff were friendly and parking was good. The bed sadly was very uncomfortable. The bed dipped in the middle so did not get the usual good night's rest. Not sure I would stay again unless I knew the beds were better quality.

It is easy to under rate a Premier Inn, but they usually provide what they promote. We were aware that there was no restaurant facilities at the hotel and so we would have to go elsewhere for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on check in and check out. There is ample car parking nearby and if you enter your registration details at Reception, it is free. The location isn't wonderful in terms of facilities, but we found a chinese takeaway a couple of minutes walk away and there was a limited supermarket across the car park and a high street burger / chicken outlet on the same site. We were allocated a corner room, so nice and quiet, but the size of it made it difficult to warm up, although there was a free standing little oil radiator which did the job. As with all Premier Inns the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and good space. We received what we expected.

Everything that a premier inn gives you good price with clean nice size room and excellent nights sleep from a comfy bed also well located as pub within few mins walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful tv wouldn't work but changed our room and all perfect.

Got to be the worst premier inn ever. Drinks machine not working and no restaurant. Definitely won't be coming back. Nothing more to say.......................................................................................
