Sailrock South Caicos

This was the MOST Magical and relaxing vacation of my life. We have been fortunate to stay in luxury hotels and resorts and SailRock stands above the rest. The tranquil location, the gorgeous design of the resort and the serene blue water are just a few highlights, but what sets this resort apart from other "luxury" resorts is the staff! The attention to detail was impeccable. Every staff member we came in contact with knew our name upon arrival and made sure our experience was nothing less than perfect. I have never felt so relaxed on vacation and didn't feel once like we overpaid because we felt as if every cent we spent was appreciated and deserved. We have had the opportunity to stay at Four Seasons, Ritz and Montage Resorts and SailRock made those resorts pale in comparison. The BoneFishing excursion with Gee was one of the coolest experiences. You are literally walking in the Sea! Truly magical. If you are thinking you want to experience the BEST of the island life and sit back and enjoy the nature and tranquility of the Turks & Caicos islands book this resort! Please tell Laverne, Mario, Delli, Juni, Agus, Earl, Katherine, Ricky, Jose', Echo, Dewi, Gee and the rest of the SailRock staff we said hello and we are working hard to come back!

This was our second visit to this resort. Our accommodations were first rate with all the amenities you would expect. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us including supplying a daily baked treat. Bartenders are skilled in making the best drinks. The food is fresh and is varied every day with 2 locations onsite. This is the ultimate in a quiet and relaxing vacation. Secluded with a beautiful beach and stunning views wherever you look. No smokers or loud guests. This is an upscale vacation with those who need quiet away time. Not a family spot.

If you want relaxing, peaceful and wonderful service, you must visit Sailrock!! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special vacation. I want to thank Putra who made sure we were well informed, Karyl Anne and Earl who made every meal unforgettable, Juni in the market who always called us by name and had a lovely sense of humor! Ashley and Delly at the front desk were amazing and quite helpful. Ricky, who set us up at the beach and Katherine who served us daily at The Cove. I know there were others including the ladies who brought us treats, water bottles and extra towels every night. The Great House menu does change nightly for dinner, which was a big plus and the breakfast is absolutely delicious!! Thank you chefs!! We kayaked, biked and did a lot of walking but the best part is sitting on the beach and looking at the most beautiful turquoise water you will ever see! Trust me, you will not be disappointed! My husband and I will be back!!

Our stay at Sailrock was as close to perfection as one could get. The staff is so friendly and pay attention to every detail. From our beachfront Villa, to the beach at the Cove, all the details were taken care of. A special thanks to our waiter Roberto who made sure all of needs were taken care of, including special desserts (fresh baked banana bread with caramel sauce). The bartenders, August and Mario who made the best drinks. Putra, who took care of all the details and made sure we were well informed. Leny, who worked tirelessly trying to locate our bags that the airline lost and made sure we did not stress about it. The kind ladies who provided room service every day and left special treats for us. (sorry ladies I can not remember your names). Every single staff person made this trip so special. Sailrock is truly a special place and would highly recommend staying there if you visit Turks and Caicos!

We recently visited Sailrock on South Caicos with friends, and it truly was such an amazing time! The villa, the views, the beach, the experiences, and the staff…all of it made for a trip of a lifetime. Everyone was so friendly and worked so hard to provide the best for us. Loved it all!
