Not much food choice after midnight...only good if ur going for events at the convention centre

I had a severe allergic reaction (hives) and had to go to a local hospital after staying in one of their hotel rooms for a few nights. My hives stopped immediately after i shifted rooms to a different floor. I believe that it could have been dirt or mould from either the aircon or the dirt from the room itself that triggered this. Throughout the whole process, i believe the team at Hotel Santika Mega city has tried their best to accommodate my situation and to help me. I do give them a 5 out of 5 stars for service. But in terms of cleanliness, i would highly recommend that they step up on procedures for better cleaning.

I am very impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. On the first day, I got a room which was affected by external noise that came from the outdoor HVAC system bay. Because of this, I requested for a room change and they fulfilled that request promptly. This is the only hotel that provided 4 bottles of mineral waters every day. Amazing! The breakfast was also amazing with so much selections from indonesian, western and asean foods. This hotel is also located on a shopping mall, thus, it is very convenient to buy anything and go to restaurants. Thanks Hotel Santika, your staff have done a good job! Please give them annual bonus…hehehe

The hotel is located in the mega city mall. Comfy, clean and friendly staffs. The parking is too crowded and if you get vack to the hotel at night. There's only one door still open. So you should walk a little bit far to the lobby..

Lokasi strategis, kebetulan cari yang dekat pintu tol, Nyatu dengan mall jadi bisa sekalian jalan dan makan di sana. Sayangnya tidak ada akses hotel ke lantai bawah langsung, jadi kalao mall tutup mesti turun llewat parkiran dari lt 5. Lift akses ke mall juga mati jadi mesti keluar hotel dulu kalo mau ke mall, kurang nyaman kalo hujan atau gerimis.
