Parking, breakfast, and minibar were included/complimentary, which was great. However, the room we stayed was small, significantly smaller than 33 square meters as listed. Further, the view from the terrace was another disappointment, from which we could only see the building nearby. Overall, the hotel was below our expectations for an intercontinental property.

Service von Personal war außergewöhnlich gingen sie oben und darüber hinaus, um Mobilitätshindernisse für meine Mutter zu bieten, um ihr Aufenthalt komfortabler zu machen, was sehr geschätzt wurde. Die Lage war perfekt in der Main Street, man konnte zu Geschäften und Restaurants gehen, was großartig war. Ein Grasplatter war eine sehr schöne Geste und war lecker. Ich empfehle sehr, in Carmels ein perfektes Getaway-Paar, Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden zu bleiben.

Wir hatten einen zwei-Nacht-Stadt für eine Hochzeit in Sorrento. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit vielen kleinen Extras wie Platten, Kekse und Schnittstellen, Waschbecken und Teehanddock und natürlich der übliche Tee/Kaffee/Milch. Das Badezimmer war groß mit Toiletten. Es gab auch ein großes Fernsehen. Alles war sauber und obwohl es auf der Melbourne Road ist es wegen der Betonwände ruhig. Wird sicher wieder bleiben - der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und freundlich.

Whilst we had a nice stay, we have stayed elsewhere a little more luxurious for a simular cost so we won’t be back. But if your a family, love the beach then this is more suitable as it is very clean, spacious has a pool and bbq area that’s nice and the beach is across the road. There was nothing negative about the stay, great price, friendly staff, semi modern room (motel style) and the location to good. However it’s not a resort, it’s a 3 star motel style facility that is very affordable and very clean. Negative was the wifi and phone reception with both Optus and Vodafone was terrible or non existent. A coverage issue not the hotels but their wifi isn’t sufficient to watch Netflix. I could honestly say if your a young family, group of friends who want to walk to a day at the beach and be in a quieter location than eye or Sorrento you’ll like it. If your an older couple who loves fine dining, wineries and luxury book elsewhere.

Sehr komfortabel Aufenthalt für unsere Gruppe von 3. Der Ort war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Check in einfach. Kurze Spaziergang zu Geschäften und Abfahrten. Würde hier wieder bei Besuch der Halbinsel bleiben.

It was my mothers 80th birthday, and this hotel went above and beyond to make her and her husband feel special. The staff were so friendly and helpful and their customer service was outstanding. When they checked into their room they had been gifted chocolates and champagne by the hotel. The room was clean, comfy, large and modern and had great view of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as the water. Food in the bistro was delicious with a good seniors menu and drinks were reasonably priced. They had a wonderful stay thanks to the hospitality of this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The location is brilliant. 1 minute walk to the main street/beach/cafes/restaurants! Perfect. Kids loved the pool. One really slight negative was the main bedroom in our apartment shared a wall with the main bedroom of the apartment next door and all 3 mornings we were woken by the occupants next door between 5.50am and 6.00am. No fault of theirs as they weren't being overly loud, there is just no sound proofing between the rooms. Take ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again.
