Food at the restaurant was very good. However stay was not up to the mark as the acs were not sufficient to cool the room. We even checked 3-4 rooms but all were in bad shape. Deluxe rooms were pathetic, but we managed to stay in ethnic villas, which were much better than deluxe rooms. Another issue was with the swimming pool. It was not cleaned at all. Pros: location was good. Property is well maintained. Food at in-house restaurant was excellent.

The room cleanliness is just ok, there is tremendous scope for improvement the attached bathroom is clean but smells very bad, it has major problems in the exhaust/vent system in fact the entrance stairs smell bad due to the main exhaust ventilators placed over there. that’s surely a wrong design. the complimentary breakfast was good, simple Roti-Sabji with Omelette and hot tea were served. overall, it’s an average rated hotel.

Great hotel located in the most prime location in tezpur. Rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. Hospitality and service is par excellence. Complimentary breakfast buffet is very good. Highly recommend this hotel in tezpur

I booked this hotel through Agoda and was on my way to Tezpur. Thank GOD for no specific reason i just called up the hotel to confirm.my reservation however to my utter shock and horror i was told that the hotel has been sold out. I couldn't believe as to how casually the guy with the least customer handling skills says that they have been sold out since last 2 days. I told him repeatedly that the room was displayed available in Agoda and my booking has been confirmed and payment deducted from my account, but alas he seemed to care less and almost was in a hurry to hung up the call. Not even once did he apologize and instead asked.me how can I say that they have a room. I reminded him that they haven't closed the booking in Agoda and hence it was shown available and booking confirmed. I urge the owners to replace that executive with someone who has the basic manners to speak to hotel guest. I had to call up Agoda and they confirmed that the hotel didn't close the reservation and that is why the the room was shown available and booking confirmed after payment. Infact the pathetic guy was trying to blame Agoda as to how they can give booking. He perhaps is ignorant and dumb to understand that any 3rd party agency will display rooms available till they close the booking when it's full This is one my worst experience and i urge everyone to confirm with this hotel after making a reservation. If I wouldn't have called i would have been left high and dry in the streets of tezpur without a room to stay.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung ... sehr alte Einrichtungen installiert nicht aktualisiert sind ihre ist nicht Aufzug Einrichtungen Innenraum ist sehr pathetisch. Nicht ein komfortables Aufenthalt, Geldverschwendung. Licht ist nicht richtig. Bakws. Als ich in der Zeit der Immobilie war um 1 Uhr und das Zeitzimmer war nicht bereit musste ich ca. 30min für das Zimmer . Beim Nachtfernsehen war es nicht arbeiten, ich bat in der Rezeption, jemanden zu schicken, um das zu lösen, aber Sie können nicht glauben, dass sie mehr als eine Stunde dauern, um in meinem Zimmer im ersten Stock zu kommen . Eine Stunde sie nicht einmal richtig antworten. Nach einer Stunde kam ein Kerl und reparierte das Problem. Sie nahmen mehr als eine Stunde von der Rezeption zum ersten Stockzimmer. Guys plz geht nicht es ist voll Geldverschwendung.
