We stayed one night at the hotel and we are very very satisfied with the property. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and spacious . It’s nightly oxygen supply in the room is a nice feature. We liked especially the bathroom, with a smart toilet seat and a well sealed shower door, which is not that common rare in china. The flow from the shower head is strong and the floor is very clean (see photo). The toiletries are well supplied.. The hotel has a very good restaurant, good menu and reasonably priced relative to its good quality. the breakfast is just a feast of local food and plenty western dishes. Overall I d highly recommend it to international touristes

新店還有點裝修氣味，衞生也可以，洗澡下水慢點。另外説這邊晚上涼，酒店是沒有空調的，有電熱毯。房間出現了上個住客的東西，服務人員積極解決，因為其他方面沒有什麼問題所以我們也沒追究，後面客服人員又來道歉還送了第二天早餐。住的一樓，晚上要關窗，走道對門的窗也要關，要不有點吵，時不時傳出説話聲，門口的走廊正好對停車場，還是可以覆住的酒店。到黃龍九寨最煩的是交通，不打表挑客，個個都想要個包車去九寨的客，一聽到近點的就不願意去，有人説直接上出租車他不敢拒客，可人家開高價啊，把你逼下車，要不就是連上都上不去，自駕還是方便很多，直通車對比過時間不太好控制。我們到站後租車，某神和某嗨黃龍九寨站沒點，要到川主寺鎮拿車，光是要去取車點我們就問了好多輛車，才有人不情不願被迫載我們去，唉，去過那麼多景區，這個跟鳳凰我們都覺得交通是最不方便的

總結：總體來説值得推薦，但細節之處還有待提高。 【🍃位置】就處在古城裡麪的一端，逛古城十分方便； 【🏠環境】整座酒店成筒子樓格局，由於是古建築改造，就決定了其取光方面無法達到現代酒店的水準；不過設計師還是有料的，酒店中間有天井取光，最高的房間專門開了個玻璃天窗，完美解決；但是一樓、二樓就估計夠嗆了； 【🏠房間】房間洗簌與就寢空間完全分開，這個是見過的酒店做得最好，也是最滿意的； 【⚙️設施】現在新裝修的酒店採用的裝修方案基本都是一樣的：原木色的地板、傢俱，搭配黑色的開關、部分黑色金屬架子，還有智能總控（不是小度就是小愛）+智能馬桶；這套方案應該都爛大街了，好處就是簡潔，大眾都能接受； 【🥣早餐】小而美風格，品類不多，但也能吃飽； 【💁服務】軟件類（如人）的服務及格，很多細節需要提高。 【🤮槽點】 不知道試睡員有沒有負責任的好好睡過並提出建議，細節之處包括： 1、洗簌間裏面居然一個掛鈎都沒有，洗澡的衣服、浴巾不知道掛哪裡；這個多釘幾個應該用不了多少成本吧？！ 2、洗簌間花灑🚿頭無法固定，衹能對着玻璃門，熱水就會漏到外面，而水漏出之後是沒有地漏的，這些水要就是拿毛巾吸，要就是不管了，等它自然風乾； 3、第一次自駕過來，位置很難找。解決方法就是可以在APP（如攜程）上把路線圖附上去；同時前台MM要很熟悉周邊幾公里的標誌性建築，能真正解決客人的問題。 4、智能馬桶沖水的聲音特別大，半夜起夜的話，一定會吵醒另外一個，但是這個估計酒店沒法解決，應該都是標配； 5、早上風雨交集，適逢降温。早飯餐廳邊上的門本來是開着的，退房拿行李下去的時候居然關上了，而我的車就在這個門的邊上。非要我冒着風雨繞一圈？雖然後來還是把門打開，但是給人體驗十分不好。 這些都是很實用的細節，在於酒店老闆有沒有站在客人的角度去想問題而已，真正去方便客人，而不是死守着什麼規定。
