Playa Parc Apartments

Our first family holiday abroad was absolutely the best experience! The apartment we stayed in was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home.The pools were amazing, the buffet food was wonderful lots to choose from and so fresh! The evening entertainment provided great fun for the entire family. The beach was breathtaking, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.I can honestly say that the resort caters to families exceptionally well. There is a kids' club available if you want some adult time, where you can leave your children with caring and amazing staff. Additionally, there were plenty of activities to choose from, including tennis and yoga. The whole experience was so wonderful that I am definitely planning to return next year, and I intend to bring along extended family as well!

The apartments are very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet so had the pool to myself most days. Not heated but okay for a swim. The sea was still warm ish as well. Great that you can use the facilities at 3 hotels in Son Parc. Son Parc is a very quiet area with a beautiful beach and stunning views. A few supermarkets & a chemist but only a couple of restaurants. Had to go to Arenal d’en Castell for more choice. Unbeknown to me a lot of shops & restaurants in Menorca shut once the holiday season ends

This was our first visit to Son Parc, and we were due to stay at Las Pergolas but had been moved to the Playa Parc Apartments, as I had previously emailed and explained that I had some knee problems. We were moved to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom family apartment in the Penguin block. It was dated but fully functional and clean. Lena, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. All staff we met during our time there were friendly. The place is kept very clean and has a lovely chilled out vibe. There are 3 x pools. 1 x pool has slides and a baby pool in it. The other is a fair-sized swimming pool, without slides. The resort has an onsite café/bar and this also has a small pool hidden behind the seating area. There is also an onsite playground for the kids and that seemed really popular. There is a laundry room and drying line, but we didn’t need to use that. The rooms have great air-con and you don’t have to pay extra for this. There was also a safety deposit box and we only had to put down a 5 euro deposit, which we got back when we left. Same with the pool towels. You leave a deposit and get it back when you return the towels. This was a major positive for us, as we’ve always had to pay extra for all those services. The resort is only a 25 minute drive from the airport. And the beach is only a 5/10 minute walk (depending on your pace) from the hotel. The beach is beautiful. Turquoise waters and shallow in many areas. You can use the facilities at the sister hotel and they had kinds entertainment every evening. There was also a supermarket that had everything. I would happily stay at these apartments again. If there was any downside, it was the noise insulation.

I hate writing bad reviews and in truth this is a 2.5/5. The place is super tired - everything seems broken or rusty. The staff did everything they could but this isn’t a 3 star venue this is 2 star at best. Also I question how secure the room was . So good staff but this hotel needs some TLC and really is a budget option. Good parking however and very central for getting out.

This is a lovely, calm hotel, it is peaceful and pretty. We are a family of 4 with two teens. The rooms are simple but spacious, good wifi, good air con. It isnt fancy, but it is clean and the staff are very helpful. The big positive is the location, right next to a beautiful beach, close to Fornells and it has everything you need for a laid back hol. Enjoy

Just returned from a weeks break here. Yes the apartments aren’t brand new. However ours was clean and had all the basic cooking stuff you could need. Staff friendly and helpful. Towels changed twice during the week Two bedroom apartment which was basically two twin rooms with on suite bathrooms, one with shower other with shower/bath. Open plan kitchen with sofa bed/ sitting sofa etc. Small patio area outside Pools two in total one with toddler shallow end and slides at deeper end the other 25 meters away just normal swimming pool. They were busy but never any problems getting sun loungers. Kids enjoyed them. Can also use sister hotel pool which is just 3/5 min,walk down the road. Beach is beautiful 5/6 min walk away . Shallow water Beautiful sand Resort is quiet four/five bars etc but the ones we tried were all good. And as we were here with young family suited us just fine. Hired a car though the sister hotel, which is very easy to do and we enjoyed travelling to a few different bits and seeing more of the island All in all a very enjoyable holiday,
