Good hotel. I really like just not parking space a bit expensive. Good breakfast and very cleaning place

Breakfast was good. The room is good. The staff seems new and a bit confused. Overall the stay is good.

Came to stay for a week as visiting family. The room was lovely and big for our family of 4 nice and quiet at night, breakfast was good great selection of items, the only thing I would suggest when staying in family rooms family’s staying for a long period of time would be to have a mini fridge in the room so we can store milk and bits for the baby and also a much bigger bin as both our kids are in nappies still and the bins in the room were definitely not big enough for disposal of these so we needed to ask for a bin bag, the only problem there was the kids wanting to mess about with it as it wasn’t hidden/closed away and when we got our room refresh the house keepers didn’t take it and replace with new bag so by the end of our stay we requested for it to be taken and for a new one to be replaced as it wasn’t very nice to have the smell in our room.

Great location – just a short walk to restaurants and the city centre. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. There's a public car park just across the road, and it's only £1.90 from 6pm until 10am the next day – very convenient! Would definitely stay again.

What a great nights sleep! The room was clean, spacious and so comfortable - actually one of the BEST premier inn I have stayed in. The 2 ladies who see to us on arrival were fabulous. Friendly and making conversation without being nosey. After having a drink in the bar area we met friends within walking distance to the city centre. Checking in was easy and in the morning we were just able to hand the key cards straight into a basket. Definitely would stay again as location was brilliant. Keep your staff as they too are great!!!! Thank you 🙏🏻

I had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn Solihull Town Centre on St Patricks weekend this year. We were a large group of 40 junior rugby players, their coaches and approximately 25 parents. We were met by friendly, efficient staff who had check-in for our large group organised to perfection. From that moment, staff couldn't do enough for us. Our juniors, tested their patience loosing key cards all too often but we were always treated with courtesy and professionalism. The rooms were exceptional, modern, clean and with very comfortable bedding. The showers were such a luxury after a long day. I can definitely say I'd the best nights sleep ever in a hotel. Breakfast each morning was just perfect, good selection to choose from and plenty of supply. Our every need was catered for. A stack of spare towels was left behind reception for anyone who needed them and when we ordered in takeaway in the evening we were offered plates and cutlery. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay but what made the whole experience so enjoyable were the staff. To Dean, Debbie & Amarhn (apologies if I've misspelled) and the lady in the breakfast room who looked after us all like we were family, a big thank you! We will be forever grateful to you all for making our trip to Solihull so special.
