Aufgrund früherer Erfahrungen und Verletzungen lohnen sich die Krankenversicherung für den Liftpass und der Zugang zur Klinik am Fuße der Lifte. Das Hotelbuffet ist fantastisch, absolut fantastisch. Das Personal dort ist unglaublich höflich und aufmerksam. Obwohl es in Soldeu Optionen gibt, hebt sich die Qualität hier von einem typischen Hotelbuffet ab. Das Barpersonal ist auch sehr hilfreich. Ich würde die QR-Code-Würfel nicht auf die Tische legen, da sie in Holz nicht gut funktionieren. Gehen Sie einfach zur Bar. Außerdem können Sie dort Empfehlungen und interessante Cocktails bekommen. Unsere Tochter liebt den Kinderclub, sie hat nur noch ein Jahr, bevor sie zu alt ist, und zumindest hat sie den anderen Kindern dieses Jahr kein Poker beigebracht. Die Zimmer sind großartig, angrenzende Zimmer für uns und die Kinder schaffen eine gewisse Trennung, obwohl die Klarheit, dass diese angrenzend sind, nützlich gewesen wäre. Das Spa ist sehr gut und einen Besuch wert. Ein Rabatt für einen einzelnen Besuch wäre eine gute Idee gewesen. Die Skischule in Soldeu ist für uns ein fester Bestandteil, obwohl einige von uns Ski fahren können. Chris und Bethol waren in den 3./4. Klassen großartig. Bethol ertrug meine Liste an Verletzungen gelassen, während meine Frau mit Chris Ski fuhr. Die Teenagergruppe ist perfekt für einen 14-Jährigen, der alles geradeaus fährt und springen will. Die Kindergruppe erkundet auch viel vom Berg. Ich hoffe, dass mehr Briten hierher kommen, um sie zu motivieren, die Einrichtungen auf dem Berg weiter auszubauen. Es gibt bereits viele einfache blaue Pisten. Alles in allem ist es der perfekte Ort für den Anfang, wenn Sie Ihren Kindern das Skifahren beibringen möchten. Danke an Sno, Inghams, die Skischule Grandvalira und das wunderbare Hotel.

Übernachten Sie nicht hier, wenn Sie ein komplettes 5-Sterne-Erlebnis wünschen. Das Spa ist für Kinder nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet (unser Teenager kann nicht mit uns ins Spa gehen!) und obwohl Sie viel Geld für das Zimmer bezahlt haben, ist das Spa nicht inbegriffen. 12 Euro pro Kind … für vielleicht 30 Minuten Poolzeit. Das fühlt sich so weit weg von dem Service an, den sie den Leuten als Teil des Hotels vermitteln wollen. Die Leute, die im Shuttleservice und im Housekeeping arbeiten, sind großartig, aber leider werden wir nicht wiederkommen, da das Spa nicht inbegriffen ist und das komplette Erlebnis, das man sich bei dieser Art von Urlaub wünscht, fehlt. Ich würde eher sagen, es ist ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

My experience at Park Piolets was generally positive, but there are a few points worth mentioning. I booked a room for three people, and upon arrival, I noticed that while the room did include a double bed as described, the third bed was actually a sofa bed. This was an issue because the photos shown during the booking process clearly displayed a proper single bed, which was what I expected from a five-star hotel. I have been to several places around the world, and I always make sure having a proper and comfortable bed to sleep, unfortunately I did not get that in Park Piolets. I reported the issue to the reception, and Alberto handled it very professionally. He involved the manager, Nerea, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in resolving the matter. Although we were moved to a different room, the solution offered—a wooden sofa with bedding—was still not what we expected. It was an improvement compared to the original sofa bed, but it didn’t fully meet our expectations, and I did not want to complain anymore, because seemed like that I was too fussy, and I am not. I just wanted a comfortable place to sleep, and that’s the reason I have chosen a 5 star hotel. On the other hand, our experience at the hotel’s Italian restaurant was flawless. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Ana and Gabriela, who were incredibly kind and attentive, constantly checking in to ensure we were happy and comfortable. They are a star! I wish to have a staff like them. Although the issue with the room impacted our stay, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff, as well as the quality of the restaurant, made my overall experience at Park Piolets enjoyable. I believe that with some adjustments to the details shown during booking, the hotel could achieve a higher standard of excellence, it’s not a cheap hotel, it means when we are paying for something expensive we want a return.

The hotel was amazing, staff and services brilliant. We can’t wait to come back next year. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

4th time at Piolets and now in 5 star and continues all good. Unfortunately the spa it´s not included in use like in the past

Having just returned to Britain from spending a week in this fabulous hotel I want to extend my experience to others. I visited with my partner for a week ski-ing, organised with Crystal Ski. From the outset to departure the staff could not have been more friendly, organised and professional in reception, restaurant, spa, lounge and ski store. I have been skiing for decades and never been to such a plush hotel before that ticked every box. the restaurant and food available every day, in presentation, selection and quality is first class. The spa, though additional to hotel costs, is stunning and the staff experienced and worth a visit. We would most certainly return and recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you to all and “well done”.
