The stay was very comfortable. The services of the staff was good and polite. Food is costly. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would definitely come again

Good Basic facilities, all functional. Food facilities, however, were average. The support staff is inadequate. 1. Stay was comfortable with all basic amenities and functional.
2. Dining options were limited.
3. Breakfast included in the tariff was Average at the best.
4. Property location was good.

The rooms were Ok. Scope for updation/ renovation.
Rooms service was very slow. Needed to be reminded twice. Tea served in room with toast. Tea was fine but toast was cold hard to eat.
Resturtant service too slow and veg clear soup was nothing but boiled water without and vegetables.
Breakfast was good.

Best service the food quality and the staff both were good with us even they were helpful.. The environment was also the best at the hotel the interior of the hotel and even the cleanliness maintained was also good at the hotel. I personally like the service at hotel..

We stayed in septa 24. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very enthusiastic and focused to help. Location is good. The breakfast had limited options but taste was good and the staff was polite and interested to serve us better.
